This is an exceptional, spacious unit that sits on the beach with stairs right to the sand from your private wrap around deck. Everything you will need to have a great vacation is yours. 1st story luxury with only a few steps down to the beach from our 1800 square feet condominium. The Sugar Dunes complex has 24 condos, in the best of the Seagrove area, and is located in a less populated rental area between two great (but crowded) gulf towns of Destin and Panama City.

You want more? Visit the quaint colorful town of Seaside or Rosemary Beach by biking or car just a few miles away. Even more? A State Park with bike trail just 500 yards from the unit. What a great place for your family vacation.

You can't beat it for luxury on the beach, at affordable rates for family vacations.

Debby did not worry us!

We had a fantastic time even though Debby was in the gulf. Sunday was rainy but after that it was great weather. Little windy but great! Had red flags a few days but yellow flags rest of days. No seaweed or jellyfish! Water cool and pretty.
This was the best condo I have stayed in and I ave been coming to Florida for over 20 years. The towels were plush and plentiful. Not those white hotel towels. There were games,movies,puzzles and cards. Beach chairs and umbrellas. Pillow top matresses and flat screen TVs in all rooms. Very updated! Loved it!
No canapies were allowed in front of condo so we put ours up right beside it. There were some put up in front of it though. Then one of the owners from another condo came out and they moved. There is a public access right next to the condo which made it a little crowded at times.
I would recommend this condo!

Wonderful week at the gulf

My family and my sister's family stayed in this unit June 9-June 16. We were so happy with this beautiful condo which I think is the best unit at Sugar Dunes(the corner unit on the first floor). The wrap around porch was especially nice. We loved watching the sunsets from the porch-absolutely breathtaking. We were also pleased with how well stocked the unit was. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was so nice that linens were supplied. We had plenty of sheets and towels for everyone. We really appreciated the menu book. It was a great resource for us. We can't wait to come back next year. I can say with certainty that we have found our new favorite beach spot!

2 Windy on the Beach

Believe this is my 7th year or more of staying here. Love the location, the layout of the condo, and the porch -- so safe for our little ones. Started coming with girl friends before we had grandchildren and found out about the first baby coming on Mother's Day 8 years ago! Now, we are bringing our family and the grands.

The condo was clean and the only suggestion would be to update the furniture - especially the yellow rocker. But love that it rocks!

Lovely family time - second year for our family.

From the moment you hit the front door, this place is very warm and inviting. Everything needed for a great time indoors or out on the beach is provided. The proximity to the beach was fantastic. We were able to set up our chairs by the water and leave them there during the day. The kids could return to the condo easily to grab a bucket or towel. Having a private stretch of the beach helped to assure a good spot each day without overcrowding. Knowing that your beach "neighbors" were also staying in the same complex also added a bit of extra security. We were only 30 minutes away from the next major city so getting out for some souviner shopping was easy. I would highly recommend this property to my friends and family.

1st time to stay on the beach

We invited my parents, sister & brother in law to join us to stay @ "2 Windy on the Beach". This was our first time to rent a condo "right" on the beach. "Oh were we pleasantly surprised!" The condo was roomy, clean, had everything we needed! I'd say NOTHING was done to "just get by". It was furnished as if someone was living there! My parents said they hadn't slept that good in a long time! Maybe it was the late nights early mornings! The beach was clean and right at your back door! We will go back!
I also liked the fact, the area isn't so commercialized! Very family oriented. LOVED IT!
