First Class Vacation in the DR
Dear Jennifer,
My husband and I just want to let you know how much we LOVED the condo and the facilities at Marbella! Granted we were in the DR for my father-in-law’s passing. However, the flexibility and sympathy that you, David, and the owner provided in allowing us to have some time with family guests joining us on Sunday was priceless — that day provided many opportunities for family healing and created beautiful memories that were beyond our expectations. We are very, very grateful. Thank you all so much.
As for the condo itself and the Marbella facilities, they were exactly as amazing as the pictures show — not a shred of garbage anywhere, landscaping was perfectly manicured, the pools were pristine clean, and the hallways/elevators were mopped constantly to keep up the spotless condition. My husband said this experience restored his hope in having a first class vacation in the DR after having been disappointed so many times before at other facilities. We had previously thought that this trip would be our last but staying at Marbella has caused us to reconsider. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We are very impressed and grateful for your professionalism, your helpfulness, and all the little thoughtful touches in the squeaky clean condo itself (washer/dryer, two large glass containers that we used for fresh fruits, extra bed linens/towels, water cooler with bottled water, rollway beds, etc.). Our family guests, who are locals, were extremely impressed with the condo and with Marbella. They had heard us complained on previous visits to the DR about low standards in even some of the high-priced resorts and so had decided that we were asking for the impossible. We were able to show them that we were finally able to find what we want at Marbella – now THAT was precious too.
