We are a Bentonville family with four (4) children. We bought the Bentonville Bungalow in 2011 and spent six (6) months renovating every detail. We hope you enjoy your visit.
Brandie Perry purchased this house in 2011
It is a beautiful, historical area within walking distance to the Bentonville Square, Crystal Bridges, Compton Gardens and the Walmart Home Office.
Historic, but completely updated and restored in every way; walking and riding bikes in beautiful downtown and on our trail system; close to Crystal Bridges, the Walmart 5 & 10 Museum, restaurants, etc.
Awesome! We could not have asked for a better place for our visit to Bentonville. 2 couples, beautiful place, wonderful kitchen, bathrooms awesome. Highly recommend to any one. Thanks.
This place was perfect!! A friend and I spent 3 days there and I can't think when I have had a more relaxing and fun time. The owners where gracious, helpful and accommodating and the little Bungalow had everything and more one could want! We also enjoy visiting Chrystal Bridges Musem in the area and just seeing the beauty of Springtime there. We hope to come back soon!! If its not booked this will be our "go to" place whenever we travel in Northwest AR.
The Bentonville Bungalow has an abundant supply of charm. We were happy to find the sidewalk lined neighborhood, just a few blocks from downtown. And then finding the cute, yellow bungalow, where even the front porch swing says "Welcome Home", was perfect! We knew we had made a great decision to stay here instead of a hotel for our friends weekend. We lucked out with Spring-like weather, so we were able to visit on both front porch and back deck. We walked downtown for both dinner and breakfast. And, we even walked to Crystal Bridges Museum, which is a longer walk, but enjoyable on a beautiful day! The home is tastefully decorated and super clean with everything the 4 of us needed to relax. We have rented many VRBO homes and we give the Bentonville Bungalow 5 Stars easy!
The Bentonville Bungalow is a wonderful place to stay! There is big poster in the kitchen that says "Do Your Thing", and that is so descriptive about what you can do at this cozy little house downtown. It's very easy to make yourself at home with the way that the house is decorated and arranged. The kitchen is fully stocked so you can cook whatever you might want (if you don't want to partake in the wonderful restaurants that are just a few blocks away, or if you are staying on Sunday when many of the restaurants are closed). The bedrooms are decorated beautifully and the beds are very comfortable. We were staying at Christmastime and the house was decorated for Christmas, which helped make me feel more at home.
The Bungalow is in the heart of downtown, where you will have access to the great restaurants, parks, trails, museums, and shops. It's an easy and charming walk to get there. You might just want to move to Bentonville after a stay here!
If you like to run, you can get on the trails (paved and not paved) less than a mile from here and run for miles through a beautiful setting.
I brought my mother to Bentonville to see the Crystal Bridges Museum and chose to stay at the Bentonville Bungalow so we would have more room and comforts than we would have at a hotel. We were so happy with our decision. We spent an hour or so the first evening relaxing on the comfortable front porch furniture decompressing from our drive. People out walking and running were so nice - waving and saying hello. We cooked at the Bungalow our first night and the next morning. Everything we needed was in the gorgeous kitchen (including a wine chiller).
I ran on the sidewalks to the Downtown Square both mornings we were there - almost got sidetracked by the beautiful homes and landscaping along the way. We went to the Crystal Bridges Museum and the Wal-Mart Museum, as well as the Compton Gardens, all located within minutes of the Bungalow.
We appreciated the tourist information binder with maps and restaurant suggestions. We ate dinner at the Tavola Trattoria near the Downtown Square - fabulous Italian food.
The Bentonville Bungalow is just lovely and so very CLEAN! The owners have done a fabulous job with the renovation and decorating. My mom and I enjoyed our stay at the Bungalow and hope to be back some day. We highly recommend this property!!
