Eddie and Sue welcome you to our fabulous 4 bedroom villa. Our home has a wealth of additional facilities not available in every villa and we would like to share this with you.
The fully air-conditioned villa has 4 double bedrooms and comfortably sleeps 8. It also has a pull-out sofa to sleep up to 10 people plus an infant. It is just 12 minutes from Disney and key features include a private heated pool, a PC with free internet access and Wi Fi and free telephone calls in the USA and Canada. It also has a superb games room and Cable TV in each room. We have ADT security and a manager on call 24/7 for all of your needs.
Thousand Oaks is one of the most desirable, ambient, peaceful and secluded developments. This exclusive area is appropriately named as the villas are surrounded by beautiful woodland conservation with a multitude of very old majestic oaks and pines and several manmade and Natural deep-water lakes. The largest, of which, is just over forty acres, teeming with fish and other aquatic wildlife and is just 150 yards from our villa. Fishing rods are provided for your use in the villa's games room. The area is ideal for walking, golfing, cycling, fishing and wildlife watching in its natural habitat is also a favourite pursuit. Squirrels, raccoons, fire flies, large wading birds and armadillos will come out into the streets and gardens and impress children and adults alike.
Our beautiful villa backs onto woodland preserve and faces a conservation area where you can watch the sunset every evening. The villa is therefore very private.
The fantastic kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, dish washer, cooker, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and electric kettle and CD player. We have installed a telephone where calls to the USA and Canada are free. There is a large breakfast bar with work surfaces. There is a family dining area off the kitchen with a washing machine and a tumble drier. For your convenience we have provided an ironing board and iron.
The family room is a spacious comfortable area with a beautiful vaulted ceiling. For your entertainment there is a 32 " colour television with access to over 700 cable channels including live Premiership Football (Soccer) matches and video games. The formal dining area is adjacent to the kitchen.
The lounge area includes relaxing rocking chairs and is an ideal reading area. It also has a games table with Chess, Draghts (Checkers), Scrabble, Monopoly, Playing Cards, Dominoes and Backgammon. It overlooks the pool and has access through patio doors.
There is a computer with high speed internet access, Wi-Fi and a fax/copier/printer for your convenience.
The Master Bedroom has a King size bed, telephone, alarm clock and a Cable TV. It features a walk-in closet and an en suite bathroom including tub with shower. The queen bedroom has a queen size bed, built-in closet, alarm clock and Cable TV. Twin bedroom one has been decorated with a Winnie the Pooh theme. It has a built-in closet, alarm clock and Cable TV. Twin bedroom 2 has been decorated with a Disney theme. It has a built-in closet, alarm clock and Cable TV.
We have also included a range of excellent baby items to make even our smallest guests' stay enjoyable and comfortable. These include travel cot/crib, high chair, bouncy chair, car seat, booster cushion, 3 buggies/strollers, and a selection of toys.
The villa features a fabulous addition of a superb games room complete with large Pool Table and Table Tennis Table. There is also an Electronic Dartboard, Right handed golf set, Left handed golf set, Two fishing rods, Portable Basket Ball Hoop and Ball, also 4 Bikes and Safety Helmets for your convenience and enjoyment.
The fabulous tranquil pool and garden catches the sun throughout day and has a built-in shaded area where you can relax on reclining sun loungers and enjoy watching the local wildlife pass by, which include squirrels, fireflies, raccoons and wading birds, to name but a few. There is also a table and chairs where you can dine outdoors and there is a barbeque to complete the al fresco scene. There is a pool alarm to keep our younger guests safe and there are also complimentary pool toys freely available.
There is also a large family bathroom with tub, separate shower a hair dryer, hair straightners and tongs/curling irons for your convenience.
Thousand Oaks provides a great vacation base, relaxing countryside setting just 9 minutes from Walt Disney World and close to a host of shops, bars and restaurants. It is only 5 minutes from junction 58 of Interstate 4 giving access to all the theme parks.
