A perfect beach house for a family vacation you’ll never forget. A two-story, 4 bedroom, 3 bath home with a two-car garage in the famous San Clemente Pier Bowl - just 3 short blocks from the beach. Enjoy the San Clemente Pier, Fisherman's Warf Restaurant and Bar, and our world famous surf beaches. Our home is conveniently located to enjoy the best southern California has to offer! Our world famous surf breaks at the Pier Bowl, Trestles, T-Street, and San Onofre are waiting for you.

Enjoy coffee in the morning and drinks in the evening on the large balcony with spectacular oceans views as you watch magnificent sunsets each evening. The house easily sleeps 10 comfortably which is large enough for multi-family getaways and reunions. All 4 bedrooms are upstairs. The spacious master bedroom offers a private bathroom and the other large bedroom shares a bath with the 2 additional bedrooms that sleep two each. The downstairs has a combo dining room and living room that overlook the balcony with breezy ocean views. There is also a downstairs family room/game room that has a flat screen TV, bumper pool, and a card table. Great for evening card games and movie nights or just lounging after a long day at the beach. The kitchen has all new appliances and microwave along with a washer/dryer room conveniently located adjacent to the kitchen. Off the back of the house is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. The house is also equipped with all the things you need to enjoy a memorable vacation; Boogie Boards, sand toys, chairs, umbrella and beach towels are provided for your beach fun. Flat screen TV, iPod speaker system and wireless internet are all available for your enjoyment. Games are also provided for both children and adults. If that’s not enough - you’re a quick walk to the outstanding dining and shopping on Del Mar Avenue.

Looking for some other things to do? There is also a brand new beach trail for casual walks, jogging, bikes rides and great for people watching. We’re strategically located for additional family fun. You can visit the San Juan Capistrano Mission (15 minutes), Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm (40 minutes), Legoland in Carlsbad (35 minutes), or in an hour you can spend the day at the Wild Animal Park, Sea World or San Diego Zoo! You can also head north to LA in an hour to shop Rodeo Drive, Beverly Hills or spend an exciting day at Universal Studios Hollywood.

About The Owner

Hi – my name is Don and I live in San Clemente with my wife Staci and two sons. I’ve traveled the world for business and nothing says ‘relaxing getaway’ like San Clemente. The beaches are amazing and there are so many fun things to do right here in town. Some of the world’s best surf beaches are here, the weather is temperate all year around and the shops and restaurants are outstanding. We enjoy walking along the beach trail and watching awesome sunsets from Fisherman’s Warf. And the evening activity along Del Mar Street makes for a terrific evening.

For these reasons we live here in San Clemente. It’s a great place to live and I know you’ll have a wonderful and memorable vacation.

Why The Owner chose San Clemente

We chose a vacation rental for the same reason we live here; San Clemente is an amazing costal town! The town is warm and friendly and the beaches are among the best in the world. We couldn’t think of a better location for a vacation rental. Besides all there is to do here in San Clemente, you’re conveniently located within an hour to SeaWorld, The Wild Animal Park and The San Diego Zoo. Heading north you can visit Los Angeles and all Hollywood has to offer.

So whether you want to just spend a day at the beach or take in all the local attractions, you couldn’t’ be in a better location than San Clemente.

What makes this house unique

You’re in the middle of just about everything you could imagine. Take a walk on the San Clemente Pier and watch the local fish, build an evening fire in the fire pits and make smores, take advantage of the seaside running and walking trails. Like seafood? The sunsets and food at The Fisherman's Restaurant and Bar overlooking the ocean is a magical way to spend an evening. There are som many activities to consider; shopping on Del Mar Avenue, sport-fishing at the Dana Point Harbor or maybe a high speed cruise out to Catalina Island and maybe seeing some migrating whales along the way. There are some wonderful golf courses in town and spas are always a nice alternative to a day at the beach.

Whatever you desire is here in San Clemente for a vacation you’ll never forget.

Wonderful home and location!

The home was excellent and had everything needed to make our stay wonderful! The view of the ocean is excellent and we spent a lot of time on the patio enjoying the views. The home is very spacious and with 9 people staying there we never felt crowded. The location is excellent being a couple of blocks to the pier and a short walk to downtown. Don was excellent to work with and we look forward to returning in the future!

Rented this property while attending a New Years Eve wedding in San Clemente and found it the perfect place for our family of 8 (6 adults and 2 children). Location is very convenient to the San Clemente Pier and the Del Mar restaurants/shopping. Very quiet neighborhood and walking distance to beach and pier. The house was completely equipped with everything we needed, and owner Don was readily available if anything else was desired - which it wasn't. Lots of living space inside, so even when guests stopped by there was never a crowded feeling. I recommend this spot for anyone planning to visit the San Clemente area.

Our family of five, and a guest from London, had an incredible vacation at this home. Don was a wonderful host, and welcomed us in person to the property. The pictures don't do the property justice! It was quite spacious (even for the six of us, youngest 13), and a quick walk to the beach. We appreciated Don's recommendations for local amenities and restaurants. The property was very clean and well maintained. We SO look forward to returning again!

The Best Beach House EVER!

We stayed here with extended family from Maryland and had a blast! The house was SO close to the beach, roomy, comfortable and my kids loved the T.V. room. It had all the amenities we needed, including the outside shower (yea!) and internet access. The walk up to Del Mar was a piece of cake and the garage was filled with chairs, boogey boards, umbrellas, you name it. I love how the owners updated the house but still kept the darling charm and the outside deck was constantly used all day long..I would highly recommend this house to anyone! We will definitely be back next year!

Perfect Vacation Home

Our family has rented several "by owner" properties over the years and found this one to be one of the best experiences of all. The house description and pictures were exactly as described and the term "location, location, location" takes on a whole new meaning if you are looking for the perfect beach house in the perfect location. We loved the very, very short stroll to the beach several times each day and the deck and comfortable deck furniture were the perfect place to relax and listen to the ocean waves. We look forward to renting the house again and would not hesitate to recommend it to our extended family and friends.
