LAKE LAS VEGAS - ELEGANT 3 BEDROOM ON THE GOLF COURSE

We were really pleased with this house. It suited our needs perfectly. There were nine of us staying here and we were comfortable and didn't feel cramped at all.
The beds were comfortable and the house is furnished nicely.
We were visiting family in the area and it was nice to be able to stay in a rental house instead of having to stay in a hotel, especially with kids. The house is located 20-30 minutes from the heart of Las Vegas, but that was exactly what we wanted. It was no problem trying to get around.
A few suggestions would be to have some kind of instruction booklet for the house so the renters know what is expected of them. We happened to have our contract with us which stated that our responsibility was to take the trash out and clean up the kitchen. Also, info about things to do and places to go in the area would be helpful.
I agree with the previous comment about condiments in the house. There is nothing in the pantry, so you have to bring everything with you. This was also the first time we encountered this situation from a rental home. We happened to have that with us because we drove to the area and had it all packed in our car, but others who maybe flying in would have to purchase all of that from the store before heading to the house.
Despite those issues, we would definitely rent this house again when we come back to visit family. Well, worth the money and distance from the strip.

We stayed at this home for a total of 5 nights. The house was just as described. It was very clean on our arrival. The bed in the master was very comfortable, though our friends who stayed in the downstairs queen said the sheets on their bed did not fit the bed and were also torn. The master bath was beautiful with a really nice shower head and jetted tub. We tried to turn on the fireplace downstairs as it actually hailed while we were there (freak storm), but the fireplace did not work. It would be good if there were some kind of manual that went with the house. If you are headed to the grocery store before you get to the house, know that there is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING in the kitchen leftover from previous renters. No tin foil, sandwich bags, spices, not even a salt and pepper shaker. I have rented several houses over the years and have never encountered this before. You have to buy absolutely everything you will need. Also don't forget coffee as you only get one package for your entire stay. Our friends rented another house in this same subdivision so for us the location of this house was perfect. We literally were only at this house to sleep at night as we did all of the cooking and entertaining at the other much bigger rental. Would definitely rent the house again because of the great rate and location to the other property our group rented.

We were looking for a very nice place away from the noise and lights of Vegas and we got a whole lot more than we could ever hope for.
Very well equipped, good quality furniture, spotlessly clean and quiet!!
Excellent service from Claudia during our stay.
Reasonable rates and a short drive form Lake Mead and the Hoover Dam. We will not hesitate to book again when next we are in the area.
