It is also one of the most convenient places in town, because there are 2 subway lines just outside, the N/R/Q/W line and the F/V line. What form of payment do you accept?

How is the rate calculated?
The rate is $500/night. The one-time cleaning fee is $75. New York tax is 8%.

Is there Wifi?
There are several options. There is free wireless internet throughout the hotel and you just have to logon. There's a Starbucks next to the hotel where you can get free Wifi. The Apple Store is 24 hours and there is free internet - this is a very popular option.
What are the sleeping arrangements?
My place has a sofa bed in the living room that sleeps two, in addition to the Ethan Allen bed in the bed room which sleeps two people. It is fairly big when you remove the pillows. I have guests frequently who sleep on the sofa. There is a recliner in the bedroom which can roll over flat. It will be cozy for sure.
What if I need a crib or rollaway bed?
You have access to all hotel services during your stay for an extra fee such as housekeeping services. If you need cribs or rollaway beds, they are $30.00 each per day up to three days after three days it will be $100.00 per week for a crib. Since the rollaway and crib is provided by the hotel and not me, the hotel will bill you directly when you checkout. You will pay the hotel directly. The hotel charges guests for beds/cribs and $60 for extra linens, towels, blankets, and housekeeping services.

Located in the safest part of New York, this is a condominium within a 5 star hotel and it is professionally cleaned by the hotel housekeeping staff prior to your arrival. As a result, the style of the interior and decoration is unique, and it is enormous. The spacious interior is hard to find in most New York apartments and much bigger than any listing in this area. Enjoy the privacy, the deluxe services, and the convenience and services available at a 5 star hotel like a free gym and world class spa.
Other bonuses: A complimentary car service is free to drop you off within a 10 block radius. It is very convenient especially when you go shopping on Fifth Avenue. If you have a baby, let me know ahead of time and I will arrange a crib for you. You have come to the right place! Due to overwhelming demand and feedback from recent guests who enjoy cooking and eating in, I have bought a new 16-piece set of dinnerware and 10-piece set of cookware and pots for the avid chef to ensure there are plenty of plates, cups, and silverware for everyone.
