The apartment is located in beautifull Notre-Dame de Grace district, five minutes walking distance from Monkland Street where you will find a food market, a drugstore, banks, bakeries, cake shops, many boutiques, cafes and restaurants. It is located in a residential area on a street lined with large trees. Bus lines 51 (Edouard-Montpetit) and 103 (Monkland) are a five minutes walk. Snowdon or Villa Maria metro stations are a ten minutes walk. By transit, you reach downtown Montreal in 30 minutes. Bicycle lanes are nearby and street parking is very easy.

For Professionals, near major Institutions: The apartment is located near University of Montreal, Polytechnique, HEC Montreal and many major University Hospitals. McGill and Concordia Universities are 20 minutes by subway. The apartment shall interest professionals that are temporarily posted in Montreal.

Everything is included: The apartment is quiet, comfortable, well lit and decorated. It was completely renovated in early 2011. It is located on the second floor of a duplex. Covering an area of 850 square feet, it comprises, in addition to the bathroom, two bedrooms, a living room and a kitchen/dining room, fully equipped. All appliances are included (washer, dryer, stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher) as well as crockery, bedding and towels. A cleaning service is available. HD TV, WiFi Internet connection, telephone, electricity, heating and air conditioning are included.

A lot to do in the surroundings: Area offers many opportunities either for shopping or leisure. Access to downtown Montreal, venue for many cultural activities, is easy by transit, bike or car. The apartment is located near the Decarie Expressway which leads to Pont Champlain (South Shore, Montérégie, USA) and Highways 15, 20, 40 (Laurentides, Outaouais, Lanaudière). A network of bike paths allows beautiful outings around Montreal or even further for the fittest. There are many beautiful parks in the surroundings, including one of the most beautiful in Montreal, the Mont Royal.

We highly recommend this apartment. It has a prime location, only 7 minutes walking from the metro. Restaurants, supermarkets, cafes, etc.. are all within a few minutes walking as well. The apartment was very clean and well equipped: telephone and internet worked perfectly. The owners were very nice. We will definitely stay here again during our next visit to Montreal (assuming that you are not renting it).

"Séjour formidable, appartement très confortable, lumineux, calme et étincelant de propreté. Tout est neuf et absolument impeccable de la literie à l'électro-ménager. Les propriétaires ne semblent préoccupés que du confort et du bien-être des locataires, c'est absolument parfait."

"Appartement neuf très propre et parfaitement bien équipé. Le quartier est très calme et idéalement situé commerce et métro à 5-7mn à pied. Il faut 10 mn en métro pour rejoindre le centre ville. En cas de location d''une voiture il y a énormément de place de stationnement disponible. A louer sans hésitation."

"El sitio es muy bueno, tranquilo y moderno. Tiene muchas comodidades y es mas grande de lo que se ve en las fotos. Los dueños son muy buenos y serviciales, yo pedí que me den una laptop y me la pusieron a pesar de no estar en el aviso. El barrio es tranquilo y bonito, hay una zona comercial a una cuadra y media. Para llegar al metro caminas de 7 a 10 minutos, al bus menos de 2 minutos. Lo recomiendo 100%."
