This is a fully equipped home with 5 bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms located on the popular gated community of the Manors of Westridge which is just off the highway 27 and close to all the shops and restaurants. Two Master suites one King Size and One Queen, also another Two Queen bedrooms and one twin bedroom. Also small childrens bed in one of the Queen Masters bedrooms. Large screen flat screen in the Family room and flat screen TV,S in four Bedrooms Also has its own private screened deck with Pool and Spa. Gated community and also has a community clubhouse on site with community pool and fitness room. Wireless internet included.

This home had everything I expected and was looking for. Just completed a two week stay and had no issues the entire time. The location is perfect and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful! A 2 minute drive to the grocery store and restaurants, and only a short drive to the theme parks. The beds and furniture are very comfortable, everything is clean, and the pool.....WOW, it was fantastic!! I have stayed in at least 4 other houses in the same general vicinity in years past, but this one is by far my favorite. Richard responded to every email I sent him quickly and made this a truly NO HASSLE trip and transaction. I've already inquired about booking my next stay in 2013!

We were a family of 11, myself, husband and 5 children and both of our parents. We spent 3 weeks at this home and enjoyed everyday while we were there. Our stay at this home was amazing, it met all of our needs! The home had a lot to offer including the items needed for an infant and the pool area was great for the days and nights to relax!! Richard answered my questions quickly and was great to deal with. The accomadations he provided for our family made our vacation wonderful!! When visiting Florida again, I will certainly consider staying here again.

Thank you for making our Disney family vacation a success! The home was the perfect accommodations for our three families to share. Lovely large kitchen and dining room, 3 full bathrooms and good sized bedrooms. The kids especially loved the games room and being to jump into the pool after a day at the parks. The location was great as we were near everything we needed (Super Walmart/Target, pharmacy, outlets and restaurants). We will definitely will be back and would recommend to friends and family. :)

Wow!....Was my first impression. This house is a beautiful, spacious, well kept and clean. You couldn't ask for more in a rental property. The neighborhood was clean and safe (gated community) and not far from Universal, Disney, Sea World and Busch Gardens. I've already recommended this property to others. Great property if you were on a family trip or a couples weekend.

Can't wait to go back :)
