I bought the this little house as an investment and maybe live in someday. I made the decision not to rent it long term.

We loved this house! Had a great stay Grandkids loved the back yard! we heard frogs and had friendly squirrels - everything was perfect! Thank You
What a peaceful retreat. We had a very busy agenda in such a short weekend. It was so pleasant to open the door to a peaceful garden feel, inside and out. To my surprise the kitchen was decorated with a cute country charm and an adorable collection of roosters and chickens. One detail neither the owner nor I shared. We have a small farm of about 25 chickens back home! Next time we come I will remember to leave a fresh dozen of eggs for you in the frig Mara! thank you for a lovely visit!
The house was just perfect for our stay! We felt so comfortable there! Will definitely come again!! Thank you!!
Home away from home! Warm, welcoming home that is cared for by someone who obviously loves the entire property. We didn't want to leave. We will be back to the house of clocks & lamps.
What a lovingly cared for house! Very comfortable and obviously someone's treasure. I felt like I was visiting grandma's house with very little evidence of being a rental property. I did have to move a clock out of the bedroom because I am not use to the ticking, and turn off the deodorizer, which was not needed as the house was quite clean. It was even decorated for Christmas with outside lights etc. I was sad to leave even though I live right here in Eugene and was just visiting with out of town guests. The yard, front and back, is charming. I will keep this on my list for further visitors. Thank you for making things so comfy. The only thing I wished for....was directions to turning on the TV (the guys had to show me a few times before I could get it. On my own, no matter how much I tried, nothing!!) Loved the keypad entry and the electric fireplace was a great idea.
