A beautifully decorated, very spacious 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa overlooking the 4th fairway.

The home offers over 2,800 sq ft of air conditioned accommodation over two floors with king master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a further two queen bedrooms and two twin rooms. All five bedrooms have TVs in them.

Living accommodation comprises of a formal sitting room, a family room and separate study/TV room. There is also a formal dining area as well as kitchen dining. Free Wi-Fi is provided and free local and national telephone calls.

Outside there is an East facing pool with covered lanai area to eat under out of the sun. The pool area overlooks the 4th fairway of the golf course.

Situated on the Highlands Reserve course. On-site facilities include a children's play area, tennis courts and a large communal pool. You will also find all the essential amenities including a variety of shops, bank, petrol station, a Wal-Mart and Publix supermarket.

As for the golf course this is not your typical Orlando, Florida golf course! Highlands Reserve sits atop one of the highest areas of Florida and offers remarkable scenery along with a course designed for hot golf. This championship Mike Dasher design gives you pine tree-lined fairways reminiscent of the Carolinas, open spacious fairways likened to the great Scottish courses, and a bit of old Florida with citrus trees along the countryside. Large, fast, undulating greens make this course challenging and fun for all levels of golfers.
