Walk to Charley Young Beach, the shops and restaurants. This unit is ideal for a couple on a budget who enjoys the comfort of a cozy and clean place to relax after a long day of discovering the Island's treasures. You will appreciate retiring in this little Haven of peace or just sit around the pool with a cocktail. Or maybe you would like to enjoy a BBQ ? That's what a good vacation is all about. The queen size bed is Luxury quality and all who have slept in it have only raved about its comfort. All linens and amenities are provided 'Hotel style' - Full bathroom - Fully equipped kitchen with small appliances (coffee-maker, toaster,blender etc.) a mini-dishwasher, microwave, double refrigerator, gas stove - AC in the living-room and fans in all bedrooms - TV with basic channels, DVD player, VCR, Stereo and many books, free wi-fi - Beach equipment (cooler, chair, beach towels, mats) - Hawai'i Tax id : W00006738-01

I am celebrating this year 20 years on Maui !! November 11, 1991 was the day I arrived on Maui with one piece of luggage only. It did not take me long to figure out that Maui was going to be my Home for a long time... There is something about Maui that defies people who want to live here ... In fact the Hawaiians always say : If Maui likes You, it will take you in and nurture you. If it does not like you it will spit you out... Well obviously I was not spitted out :) - Buying this little treasure in the Central part of Kihei was probably the best thing I ever did since I have been on Maui. What is there not to enjoy ?

Why Lydia Panzik chose Wailea

I had never wanted to own anything until a few years ago after I came back from a trip to my Home Country (France). I knew that for me there was no way back... I came back and determined that I belong to Maui so the opportunity came for me to buy this unit and as soon as I opened the door I saw the great potential to share this with those who can appreciate quality on a budget.

What makes this condo unique

When you come and stay there you get to meet the People of Maui instead of the people who come and go. It is not a Resort. It is where People live mostly all year around so you actually get to interact with the 'real Locals' which is what we should all experience when visiting somewhere

We had a wonderful time at Lydia's condo. She is an awesome landlord and a very helpful owner.
The location is very close to downtown and the beaches and is pretty quite as well. The bed was comfy and the whole place was clean adn even decorated for Christmas!!
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

We spent 25 days in this condo. It was paradise! The condo had everything we needed. The bed was so comfortable. We really enjoyed the balcony. Lydia, the owner was so helpful with local information. We did rent a car for our time there. You do need the car to see the island. There is a Costco near the airport. Traveling the island is very easy and nothing is very far away. Be sure to see the Hana Highway-it is amazing. Thanks Lydia for all your help and letting us enjoy your condo
