Cottage, 2 Bedrooms + Loft, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 2-6)

This cottage was our second home when our children were growing up. We loved Manchester so much that we recently bought a full time residence in town! We can't part with our cottage, therefore we are offering it for a vacation rental.

Enjoy all activities that Manchester has to offer, while being close to the slopes; walk to Equinox Mountain pond/ hiking trails, fish in the Battenkill River, X-Country Ski across the street at Hildene, shop the designer outlets & quaint mom & pop stores, downhill ski within 15-30 min., nightlife & dining meccas, summer festival horse show, canoeing, kayaking nearby.

This cottage offers privacy on 1 acre, set back from the road. It has newly finished wood floors, cathedral ceiling, open living/dining/kitchen area, 40” flat screen TV, sleeping loft, new furnace, wood burning fireplace, deck.

This is a perfect spot for small family vacations or a few friends' gathering.

Great Cottage, close to everything!

The home is clean, cozy and spacious at the same time for 2 adults/ 3
teenage boys and was well-equipped. Nice to have master bedroom and bath on first floor.
Pictures don't do the home justice!
No issues or concerns whatsoever before, during or after stay.
Details and directions left for TV/DVD players, wi-fi and other mechanicals
were very clear. Super close to shopping, hiking, skiing -x-c and downhill, exploring, restaurants.
Was very easy to leave in broom clean condition when we left as the owner requested.
Owners are very helpful, easy to communicate with before visit and if needed during stay (we didn't need to though)
Recommended restaurants in the area, we used the kitchen for our meals for the most part- kitchen is stocked with enough basic cookware for putting together meals. Would definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends

Cozy cottage in Manchester Village

House is perfect for two folks and has plenty of room in the loft to sleep 4 more. The recent renovations make this cottage feel clean and modern but with a sense of personality. The great room is the heart of the house with comfortable leather couches and chair and a working fireplace. We spent many evening talking, playing games and reading and enjoyed every moment.

Very close to the Equinox resort and a mile from Manchester Center/Outlets. Equinox Mountain is directly behind the house where the hiking trails are very accessible. Stratton is a quick 25 minute jaunt away.

We stayed here for 3 weeks and hope to come back again next winter. The cottage feels very livable (not sterile like a hotel room) and is perfect for a weekend or a month. If anything the pictures undersell the coziness of this cottage and the owners were incredible responsive to all of our requests.

Super Sweet Home

The house was spacious, clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed. We felt very safe and at home. Everything we wanted to see was within minutes. The house location and easy accessibility was perfect to experience all Vermont activities. The owner was also very informative, friendly and courteous throughout the whole transaction and available for calls and assistance throughout our stay (we rented for a month). I will definitely recommend and go back again to this beautiful home and location. Thanks Sharon for all your help which made our winter holiday effortless.
