Our cottage has 100 feet of lakefront and is situated on a flat one acre parcel at the north end of Mullett Lake. The large home is great for a family get together or share it with another family. The cottage will comfortably accommodate 14 people. Large eat in kitchen with a dishwasher and 2 refrigerators. The recreation room upstairs has a ping-pong table, foosball, TV,wireless internet and a balcony that overlooks the lake. The lawn on the lakeside extends right down to the sugar sand beach. The house has a big lake view and easy access to the water.

Barbeque and eat outdoors at the picnic table, enjoy water sports or a game of horseshoes and relax. Paddle around in the canoe, float on inner tubes or catch minnows from the dock. There are two buoys for your boats. Enjoy the sunset then watch the stars and the moon while you sit around the fire pit. Beautiful country setting with lakefront living at its best.

The old railroad bike trail is nearby or take your boat to Hack-Ma-Tack, Big Boy or The Rusty Anchor Restaurant for a special outing. Bring your clubs, golf is great. Head up north and experience what makes Mullett Lake so special.

The minute we entered the cottage we were all smiles as the many windows filled it with lots of light and a great view of Mullett Lake. The rooms were large with comfortable furniture. Two family areas made it especially nice as one group could put together puzzles while another talked or watched TV in the adjoining room.

The lake was the big surprise. NO rocks! We are from out of state and have been renting cottages in Michigan for 7 years but often are frustrated to rent a place advertised as having a sandy beach but they do not mention that the water is filled with rocks. This place had sand as far out as one is willing to wade. To top it off the water is crystal clear and the sturdy dock just made everything better.

We had a dream vacation!

Thanks Jeff for checking in with us to make sure everything was as we hoped it would be. You were great to work with.

Great for Large Groups!

We loved so many things about this home - plenty of space, lots of seating for dining and games, two refrigerators, plenty of linens/towels, many options for sleeping everyone... very user friendly. My son loved the basketball hoop and we all enjoyed the beautiful lake - clean and clear, shallow and with a hard, sandy bottom. (Great for little kids) Very short walk to the lake - loved it! Nice dock area, good fire pit, lots of outdoor chairs to use.... Wonderful trail right nearby for walking, jogging and biking.

We rent a different cottage each year and all 13 of us agreed this was our favorite so far. The property manager was very attentive. No problems with anything in the home or getting answers to our questions before the trip. I highly recommend this property!

Great place...Great memories

My entire family (the whole brood, and there are a lot of us) have repeatedly stayed at this home through out my childhood and adult years. I have some of the greatest memories of this place. While it may not be what people call a luxury home, it is clean, comfortable and in a great location. We are headed back this July and I can't wait to get back on the lake. The game room upstairs is awesome. My cousins and myself even recorded our own mock horror film in this house. It is great. My suggestion the the family in Ann Arbor... Look for the word LUXURY in the description of your next vacation property, maybe then you'll be happy. As for myself and my family. This place rocks. Plenty of room to do almost anything. LOVE THIS PLACE! and the GREAT times I've shared with family here. JLH

We had a wonderful weekend! We really enjoyed the fire pit and watching the Milky Way. We also enjoyed Mackinaw Island. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your place, it was perfect for our large family.
