nice clean cabin and pond for all seasons! which is very private, no other houses can be seen! yet 3 minutes from center of town.25 minutes to drive in movies,55 minutes to north conway New Hampshire.

Golf: Point sebago golf course ranked one of the best in the state of maine

Ski: being the heart of the lakes region equels mountains which adds up to more ski mountains with in an hour ride

Cabin On Trickey Pond

I am pleased to write an outstanding review for the cabin on Trickeypond. If you are looking for a romantic getaway with a beautiful view, look no further. The cabin is very well kept up and clean. We arrived late and the heaters had been turned on for us so our arrival was warm. You have 2 options to sleep and we choose the loft where the morning view of the lake is spectacular. The lake had partial frozen over and was covered by snow and was absolutely breathtaking. The owners are very helpful and kind and easy to deal with. We even accidently locked ourselves out one morning and they were helpful in getting back in. I would recommend this cabin and would also stay here again. One suggestion is to bring slippers as the floor is tile and be a bit cold on the toes.

Thanksgiving Peace and Quiet!

We rented the Trickeypond cabin over Thanksgiving weekend, as my parent's house in Naples is always packed with too many people! We really enjoyed being able to escape to the quiet and peaceful cabin for some needed R&R. We found the cabin to be comfortable, clean, and complete with modern conveniences. The view of the lake is breathtaking. Would be a great place for swimming and enjoying the lake in the summer months. We were even visited by about 10 wild turkeys -- how appropriate seeing it was Thanksgiving!

Late summer stay

We stayed with our kids during the last few days of August and loved every minute of it. This modern cabin is cozy, private and comfortable and the grounds and the crystal-clear pond are simply enchanting, with a view one can never get tired of. The kids loved the kayaking, swimming and fishing. Seemingly "away from it all" the house is conveniently situated near shops and markets of Naples and the Lakes' area. All was extremely carefree and relaxing. Cant wait to come back and would most definitely recommend this place.

My husband and I used this as a day away from home we only live in windham. This was the most peaceful relaxing spot we have ever rented and we were just a few min from home. the swimming is awesome and all the windows with the lake breeze coming in the house. perfect perfect perfect!!!

BEST SPOT ON TRICKIEY POND

I stayed with my three kids July 21st to the 28th and it was fabulous. Such a relaxing spot, and if you ask me the best spot on the pond. The water is crystal clear. We swam everyday, even on the day it rained. My son caught his first fish, and we all kayaked the pond. I loved the time with my kids by the fire pit at night. The cabin it's self it's just awesome, I never left the the cabin, no need to besides getting food and coming right back to relax and enjoy the beauty of it all. No boats or jet ski's allowed to wake in the area so it made it even better......We loved the place, I wish I stayed the whole month....thanks David and Lin for sharing paradise, hope to be back.-David and kids...
