This fully furnished & beautifully equipped 2-story family beach house has 3 bedrooms/2.5 baths and lots of living space. It is steps away from everything you'll want to enjoy in Manhattan Beach! It has a private patio with a beautiful dining area, salt-water spa, relaxation couch, outdoor stereo speakers and great atmosphere that offers the perfect outdoor living for our great beach weather. The family room has a big, inviting sofa to watch the 46' Plasma HD/TV, and a closet full of DVD movies, board games & cards. We are a family that enjoys spending our play time together! The entire house has WiFi, even on the front deck - so work (if you must) while you enjoy the sun! You can walk to everything from this dynamic location, but when you want to stay home the fully stocked gourmet kitchen will thrill any chef! This is our home & the town we love - it has upscale shops, amazing cuisine, beautiful scenery and lots to enjoy. Our family and guests LOVE it here and so will you!

Activities galore...: Located one block South of the pier, you could bike all the way to Malibu if you are really adventuresome and walk for miles along the sandy shoreline. Surfing, volleyball, swimming, paddling and just picnicking on your patio or at the beach are activities to entertain you and your family. We have surfboards, boogie boards, beach cruising bikes & bocce balls for you to play with while you enjoy our home. If there is anything else you are interested in...just ask!

This is the perfect home and location for a fabulous Manhattan Beach vacation. My home has three parking spaces!!! Enjoy volleyball, surfing and great beach times right at the end of the walk with your own outdoor shower & spa on your return. Comfortable front patio and balcony face the walking street from sunrise to sunset or evening enjoyment, cocktails or reading while breathing in the ocean breezes.

Watch world-famous volleyball tournaments or play your own game on one of the many beach courts. Bocce is great on the beach too! Walks on The Strand often include a fabulous guest appearance of dolphin at play in the surf. Luxurious beach living is yours! You will also be a 45 minute or less drive to many area attractions like Disneyland, Hollywood, Knott's Berry Farm, Santa Monica, Beverly Hills & Rodeo Drive, LAX and much more. • The house is cleaned prior to your arrival and after you depart, that fee is due with final payment.
• The maximum number of guests (including Renter) is limited to six (6) persons. If more, tenant must inquire.
• Renter and cardholder must be at least 25 years of age or older.
• Until confirmed by signed contract and Contract Deposit/Fees received, rates are subject to change without notice.
• An email receipt and confirmation letter with a copy of the rental agreement attached will be sent for you to read over, sign and fax/email/mail back. Once the rental agreement is signed, I’ll send you a welcome letter that provides more information regarding the house and the surrounding area. It will also have the details for entering the home upon your arrival. Our home is your HomeAway! Welcome.
• $2,700.00 Security Deposit on all rentals. Rentals longer then 2 weeks - security deposit doubles.
• $270.00 Non-Refundable Contract Deposit is due upon booking. Balance due within 14 days after booking date.
• 100% of total rental/lease fees will be forfeited for all cancellations within 30 days from lease start date.
• Thanksgiving & Christmas Holiday and Summer rentals: 100% due upon signing lease, 100% non-refundable.
• We recommend the renter purchases travel insurance.
• AMEX, Visa & Master Card (+ 3% processing fee). Personal Checks (within time frame, inquire) & Wire Transfers in USD also accepted.
