Cottage, 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 6)

This renovated classic is walking distance from all the attractions which make the museum district so wonderful! Spend a FREE Monday at the Ringling Museum, catch an opera at the Asolo, walk to Sun Circle Park on beautiful Sarasota Bay; it's all within easy reach. Or just kick back on the screened lanai-it's up to you! The vast selection of delish restaurants and unique shops in downtown sarasota are just 5 minutes away by car and the beautiful beaches of Lido key are just across the bridge.

Our home has three bedrooms (one with a queen, one with a full, and the last with two twin bed's) and two baths. There's a renovated kitchen with all appliances and a breakfast bar. Just off the kitchen is a dining area with additional seating for 6. The great room has a TV with DVD/VCR and a small pool table which converts to air hockey (perfect for the kids!!). There's an additional screened lanai for dining and lounging on those comfortable winter evenings

  • January 1- April 30. $2200 a month.
  • May 1- September 30. $1100 a month. $495.00 per week
  • October 1- December 31st $1200 a month. $550.00 per week
  • Utilities are included in Rental Fee. Cleaning fee, $100 12% Florida Tax and $500
  • Booking deposit required. $39.00 non-refundable property damage plan required in

This was a clean well-maintained, centrally located home close to everything. The listing was accurate and the photos accurately resresented the condidtion of the property. The Owner was great at answering all of our questions. I would highly recommend this property for a vacation rental.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
