Enjoy the privacy and sophistication only the Berkshire's can offer in this brand new 2000 sq foot shingle style cottage on a private road in the middle of Berkshire County. Sparkling clean hardwood floors, bright open floor plan, 9 foot ceilings, crown molding throughout, large light filled windows will welcome you home each time you open the door from the semi enclosed front porch. Every detail was carefully planned to maximize this very charming space. First floor master bedroom with private granite filled full bath, glass enclosed tile shower, walk in closet and king size bed. Two large bedrooms on the second floor with shared full bath, one with king bed, and flatscreen tele, one with full bed. 2nd floor TV viewing den with 42 inch flat screen. Each 2nd floor bedroom has large walk in closets.

Enjoy the large great room with adjoining modern kitchen, no expense was spared. Enjoy cooking on your Decor electric cooktop surrounded by gleaming granite countertops and custom cherry cabinets with separate butlers pantry. All appliances are stainless steel.
