Notes: Our villa has 4 master bedrooms - 3 with king-sized beds, 1 with queen bed. One master bedroom is on ground level, for folks who don't do stairs. Every master bedroom has private bathroom access and TV. The remaining 3 bedrooms each have 2 twin beds. One of these is equipped with TV/VCR and Playstation 2 with several games. There is a nursery room located off the main upstairs master bedroom, with full-sized crib and portable bassinet. In addition, there are 2 roll away beds, which can be placed in any room. Wonderful place to stay!

This house was the perfect place for our family vacation. The 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms allowed all of the families to have their own private space, yet it gave us the opportunity to be under one roof. The house is close to Disney, restaurants, and shopping. We loved the open field behind the house which added to our privacy. The children also enjoyed watching the hot air balloons fly over the field. A few of them landed which added to the excitement. The pool was a big hit with the children, and the adults loved being able to cook over the gas grill. Every member of the family had nothing but positive compliments for the house. It was perfect for our family vacation.

The owners and the management company were very easy to work with. They responded quickly to our questions and provided us all of the information we needed for our vacation.

Overall, this is an A+ vacation villa. We hope to return again someday.

Excellent rental

Our family, twelve of us (from 68 to 27 months) stayed ten days here and had a fantastic vacation. The house had everything promised and then some. We particularly enjoyed the large pool w/ hot tub. There was plenty of room at poolside with lots of pool toys for the little ones and lots of lounge chairs for the adults. We were pleased to find that the pool overlooked a large parcel of vacant land, so the pool was a relatively private area. Each morning we were entertained by several hot air balloons either taking off from the area or landing there.

Each of the couples had their own bedroom and own bath and all of the kids had their own bedrooms. It was soooooooo much better than staying in any hotel. We cooked in a lot since it is easier with the little kids. There was a great restaurant called Manny's on 27 south of 4 in Haines (about 12 or so miles). It had great steaks, but call ahead. The wait can be up to an hour or so, but it is worth it. There was also an Applebees and a Bob Evans and a CrackerBarrel in close proximity

The house was well located in a newer subdivision with easy access to some of the major attractions in the area. We were so close to the major highways, that getting places was easy. Plus, we were away from all of the congestion areas we normally deal with in FL. Disney World was 20 min. away. Sea World and the Petting Farm were also close. Space Center was only a little over an hour away. Shopping was very close (1 or 2 miles). And, they are building a huge shopping complex just south on 27 right at 4.

We would highly recommend staying at this property. The owners were easy to deal with, and we handled everything via email. The management company they have was helpful and responded in a timely way. (They replaced a battery in the alarm system for us.) They also took out our garbage cans and returned them twice a week.

We are really hoping that some time in the near future we will be able to get our whole family back on another vacation together and we will be sure to get this house again.
