Our family had a wonderful stay at the beach house! The place was clean, decor was tasteful and we were impressed how equipped the house was - from great quality furniture and appliances, to beach towels, games and toys. We loved how it provided endless hours of fun for our kids playing in the sand, looking for clams & crabs, kayaking in the sound, walking on the sandbar to Charles Island, having BBQ cookouts, toasting marshmallows over the firepit or just relaxing on the hammock listening to waves. The house had all the comforts of a home yet brings every perk of living at a great location in Milford. The best part was waking up each morning to a gorgeous sunrise from our bedroom! A big thank you to the owners and Cheryl for every attention to detail and for the great memories we've had there!

Great house! Great beach! Great vacation

We just stayed at this house for two weeks - July 8-22, 2011. We rented this house two years ago prior to the renovations. What a difference, this house was great! We were all so impressed with all of the renovations and even the landscaping. We asked ourselves if this was still the same house! It was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed to feel at home. The house came packed with everything we needed. Our family really enjoyed the house and being beach front didn't hurt us either! :-) Cheryl is an amazing person who made herself completely available for any questions or concerns. The house also came with kayaks, floaty chairs and even kites for the kids! All of it was a great hit with the entire family. The beach itself is private and quiet and the neighbors are all friendly. The new back deck was perfect for all of our daily meals. We just put up a canopy on the deck and we were good to go for two weeks! Again a great place and we would definitely rent from Cheryl again! If this is an example of how the rest of her houses are taken care of then we would definitely rent any beach house she has available!!
