This beautiful condo has just been fully remodeled and furnished. Travertine tile bathroom with large walk in shower, granite counter tops, fully equipped kitchen, great appliances and furniture. Enjoy your own gas grill on your private patio with views of Four Peaks for those great BBQ's. Step out the front door for one of three quiet and relaxing pool areas.

Centrally located within 2 blocks of the famous Fountain Plaza. Shopping and Dining just minutes away. 2 miles from Desert Canyon Golf Course with many other courses near by. The Ft. McDowell Casino and Scottsdale are less than 10 minutes to fine dining and entertainment. Mayo Clinc is also just a 10 minute drive.

This cozy condo is perfect for that winter get away, summer retreat or business travel. All the comforts of home, including a a flat screen TV, a great selection of top of the line towels, pillows and linens.

Why The Owner chose Fountain Hills

After purchasing our 1st condo in Fountain Hills, we have fallen in love with the area. It has the quaintness of a small town but with all the ammenities of Scottsdale just minutes away. Plus there is always something fun and unique going on Fountain Hills, be it Hot Air Ballon races or Fairs & Festivals. So much to offer from Golf, Fine Dining and as much outdoor activity as you may want.

The Peaks Athlete Club is just a block away with great daily visitor rates.

What makes this condo unique

The La Fuenta development is a small and very quiet community with 3 pool areas. Nestled on the rim of a gorgeous wash you will often see javelina's traveling with their babies. It is within walking distance of the famous Fountain and Plaza with bike and walking paths galore. Downtown Fountain Hills is a just a few blocks away offering a wide variety of wonderful local shops and a great variety of dining.

Great Golf Get-a-Way

I stayed at this condo for 2 short golf vacations in February and October 2012. As reflected in the photos, the condo has been beautifully remodeled. It was clean and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you'd need and I slept quite well on the queen bed. The condo is centrally located in Fountain Hills, (a hidden gem in the Phoenix area), walking distance to the fountain and several shops and restaurants. It is also short drive to Scottsdale and a number of great golf courses. Even so, the condo complex was quiet and relaxing. The owners were easy to deal with, responsive to all my questions and very welcoming. I really enjoyed both of my stays at the condo and hope to return in the Spring.

Cozy condo is the perfect description for this rental. We were thrilled to spend 10 days in this lovely condo. The condo was just as pictured. Very neat and clean.This is a prime location for anyone thinking about getting away short or long term. Close to grocery stores, unique shops, and restaurants. We walked around the fountaine every morning. All of the residence were very kind and helpful. The owner, Katherine, emailed us promptly and answered all of our questions. We hope to be able to return for our 21st anniversary!!) Thanks Katherine.

Delightful, cozy condo

This condo was a wonderful place to stay and close to everything in Fountain Hills. I enjoyed the solitude and comfort of this beautifully furnished unit. The owners have thought of everything to make one's stay easy and convenient and I do not hesitate to recommend this rental to anyone seeking a quiet, comfortable place to get away. The community is beautiful and the surrounding desert stunning.
I look forward to coming back in the future.
