Condo, 3 Bedrooms, 3 Baths, (Sleeps 6)

The Marquis at the Regatta is on the 7th floor with beautiful full on views of the bay, and gulf views.

Enjoy free Wi Fi and Apple T.V. on the large flat screen t.v. The Apple T.V. can be used to connect to your own Net Flicks account and play movies and T.V. shows. There is also standard cable t.v.

All bed linens including duvet/comforters are washed in Seventh Generation unscented soap prior to each guests arrival. Central air conditioner has been vacuumed and has a brand new filter. All hard surfaces are cleaned with seventh generation unscented cleaners. The unit has new, beautiful hardwood, hickory floors throughout (bathrooms and laundry room have tile).

Notes: We have just about everything you would need for a great time at the beach, including coolers, beach chairs, sand toys, an umbrella. There is even a fishing pole and lures for the casual fisherperson.
