Condo, 3 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths, (Sleeps 8)

Enjoy the comforts of home in our hideaway in the Eastern Sierras. We have provided large flat screen HDTV's in the Great room and Master Bedroom and we have recently added a new flat screen HDTV in the guest room for your younger guests to watch movies on the Blueray/DVD player while you entertain in the great room. Each room is equipped with Blueray/DVD players and Wifi is available throughout the condo. The Master bedroom has a private bathroom, shower and vanity while the Guest room has the same just outside the bedroom door. The third bedroom is equipped with four twin sized bunk beds with an adjoining half-bath. We are also happy to offer a washer and dryer in the unit which is not a common ammenity in Mammoth properties.

The key to a successful vacation is to be able to relax and enjoy your home away from home after a day of outside activity. The sauna and jacuzzi are just steps away and available year round. Relaxing on the full size couch watching a movie or sporting event is enhanced by the 47" flatscreen TV and a roaring fire in the newly renovated fire place.

The kitchen includes all of the amenities you would expect at home like a microwave oven, large refrigerator, dishwasher and coffee maker.

About The Owner

We live near the beach but enjoy as much time as possible, year round, in this beautiful area of the eastern sierra. We love to fish and mountain bike during the summer months and ski/snowboard our hearts out during the winters.

The Owner purchased this condo in 2007
Why The Owner chose Mammoth Lakes

Growing up in Souther California, I was able to enjoy Mammoth with my friends and family and promised myself that, one day, I would have a place that would allow me to go and enjoy all that Mammoth has to offer.

What makes this condo unique

We have spent the last few years updating the property and by adding new furniture, televisions, wifi, and art work, we have done our best to create a place where comfort and relaxation are combined to make an impression you wont soon forget.

Don't want to drive? We are just steps away from Mammoth Mountain Shuttle stops on the Red Line. Fishing or hiking Mammoth Creek is right in our back yard. There is a tennis court on-site for use during summer months and our unit has a view of the pool which is right next to the two jacuzzis and sauna facilities The view from the private balcony of the nearby Mountain Meadows and majestic Sherwin Mountain Range is truly breathtaking.

We had a truly exceptional experience. It was my first time in Mammoth and it was perfect. The condo was tastefully warm and cozy. Everything about the condo was great. It felt like home. Watching movies by the fire was much more appealing than a night out on the town. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. The location was perfect. We were so close to everything! It was less than ten minutes from the lodges and less than two from a large gym with a great spa.(Perfect for a massage after a long day skiing) :-) I can not wait to go back and experience this wonderful place during the Summer. The area is full of beauty. Highly recommended.

This was like a home away from home. Its location was convenient, clean & beautiful. Every bed in the condo is comfortable. 3 TV’s and open living room w/fireplace. I love the deck off the living room to take a fresh breath and gaze at the mountains. Just steps from the Jacuzzi was ideal. The kitchen is stocked with everything I needed. Close to a shuttle stop and ample parking in front. I will defiantly recommend this to my friends and family. I Can’t wait to go back to Mammoth and book this condo again.

My stay here was amazing, the condo has a beautiful view. The condo is really close to the town where you can find cool little shops, restaurants and a grocery store. There's also a play ground near by if you have kids. If you like to take morning jogs this place is great, you will love the clean air and the scenery. I would definitely come and stay here again.

overall condo was very comfy and clean. enough room for the kids and family too. close to everything. nice having laundry in condo too. suggestion water heater needs to be changed to gas instead of electric. having 8 people, showers got cold way too quick. the overall condo stayed warm even without using heater. enough space in kitchen, dining, and living areas. plenty of fire wood to utilize. we will definitely love to come back when the snow level rises. thanks for a nice trip!
