Great stay

This is my 2nd condo rental from Andy and I must say I've been very impressed both times.
I'd like to begin by saying that Andy is a very easy going guy who wants your stay to be enjoyable and worry-free, and it shows. Good communication with very detailed emails was reassuring. Andy was also very responsive to any texts with him responding quickly (within a few minutes) either with text or phone call. Again, this was very reassuring.
Located on the island just off the causeway, makes it easy to find and security is excellent (Security guard at entrance). The decor is fresh and very nice in this 2 BR condo. It's on the 11th floor so if you value a great view, this condo delivers. My parents, my son, and I enjoyed relaxing on the balcony with a commanding view of the beach and property - so spending a few extra dollars for this was well worth it (vs a duplex a few blocks away from the beach). I recommend having breakfast on the balcony. Seeing the sunrise over the Gulf is awesome.
Andy told me that they set up this condo for folks to only bring themselves, their clothes, and food becuase everything you could possibly need is already there. All was indeed there; from pots, plates, towels, and linen all the way to a cork remover for your favorite wine. The AC was cold and the beds and linen very very comfortable. I liked the fact that the flat screen plasma TV had ports for us to connect our digital camera and enjoy a slideshow of the photos we had just taken. Speaking of media; Condo has Wi-Fi so whether you want to take a quick peek at your email or download the latest app - all you have to do is bring your wi-fi ready devices. My young son loves Netflix children's movies on the ipod, so having wi-fi was not only cool but a great way to keep him entertained in the evening while the grownups conversed, played cards, etc.
Access to the beach, pools, tennis courts, etc is quick and easy. I was a bit worried that the forecast for one of the days was "WINDY", but the fact that the pools are in the middle of several buildings made the windy conditions seem nonexistent and the windy day was actually very enjoyable.
There isn't anything that I did not like about this condo. Aside from minor wear and tear (e.g., closet door did not glide smoothly), all was great. Indeed, it was a "Great stay".
