This home has everything you need for relaxing get-away.
Why choose Punta Gorda and my house over other locations? The same reason I did. Punta Gorda is a small down-home type of town with a historic past.It also has many things to do and places to see with friendly local people.
Even though all the amenities of a resort community are here, it’s still maintains it’s small town appeal. Boating in this area also has it’s advantages.
Unlike other areas, once out in Charlotte Harbor your in clear water to head out into the Gulf without slow or minimum wake zones.
The trip down the Alligator Creek is a pleasant & peaceful trip with the Riviera Restaurant & bar on the way out or in.
Being on a full saltwater canal also provides many fish out your back door. Dolphins have even been seen in our canals.
I've have tried hard to provide the house with everything I'd would expect in a vacation get away.

Gas heated in-ground swimming pool, screened in for your enjoyment. Seating and a table for 6+ and a Tiki bar is located at the pool.

A golf course is located in the subdivision only minutes away.

I MUST RECEIVE A RESERVATION DEPOSIT OF 25% OF THE TOTAL RENTAL (1ST & LAST MONTH'S RENT ON SEASONAL) WITHIN 7 BUSINESS DAYS TO HOLD YOUR RESERVATION. I REQUIRE THAT YOU MAIL ME A CHECK, MONEY ORDER, TRAVELLERS CHECK, ETC. IN U.S. DOLLARS.
THE HOUSE IS CONFIRMED AS SOON AS WE RECEIVE YOUR RESERVATION PAPERWORK & DEPOSIT. PLEASE NOTE YOU DON'T GET ANY FURTHER WRITTEN CONFIRMATION. THE REMAINING RENTAL AMOUNT IS DUE 30 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL (EXCEPT SEASONAL). PAYABLE IN CASH, MONEY ORDER, CHASHIER CHECK, CHECK OR TRAVELER CHECK.
If you decide to cancel, written notification is required. Deposit is refunded less 15% of total rental amount if canceled prior to 30 days before arrival. Date within 30 days of arrival date, payment is not refundable. (If the property is not re-rented, rental deposits to date are retained and any remaining rental balance is due and payable). Cleaning fees and security deposit only are returned in full.
Deposits will be returned within 30 days less charges.
Renters will still be liable for any damages above and beyond this $500/$1,000 deposit.
Renters must follow association rules and requests while staying at our house.
Additional terms will be provided upon request or rental.

Hello! My name is Dave, I'm a master plumber in the mountains of Colorado and owner of my plumbing & heating Co. here for over 17 years. I love my house in Fl. as I know you will. While there, I enjoy the off shore fishing with my 27' Pro Kat boat and the many great places to visit there. Because of our economy, I can't visit my Fl. house as much as I'd like so that's why I'm renting it now. I hope you choose my house and come back many more times.
