Cross the one-lane bridge to Treasure Island and you're instantly on island time and ready to relax. Although you're still close to town (about a one and a half hour drive from Seattle, and 30+ minutes from both Bremerton and Tacoma), you'll feel a million miles away. This is the perfect destination for a family getaway, ladies weekend, or romantic retreat! We are pet-friendly and family-friendly.
You'll love the unobstructed, waterfront views which you see from the moment you enter the house. The main level of the house includes the living room with wood-burning fireplace, kitchen, dining area, master bedroom and full bath.
The lower level has its own living area complete with TV/DVD combo, couch with full size pullout bed, a private bedroom with two twin beds, a second full bathroom, and outdoor access. The set-up makes for a great stay for families with kids or couples as the 2 levels really provide for your own space!
Relax on the large deck with a drink and your loved ones while watching the sun set from your West-facing view. Play a board game after dinner with your family in front of the fire. Visit one of the state’s remaining Drive In Theatres, located about a 20 minute drive from the house. Go for a walk or run around the island (it loops around, and is about a mile and a half). Dig for clams and cook them outside over the fire pit - or roast marshmallows there. And don't forget to enjoy the waters of the Case Inlet -- boating, swimming, fishing, kayaking and more!
Looking to explore the area? Other things to do:

Originally purchased by our family of 4, we love creating more memories there as our family expands.
The Owner purchased this house in 2000
We originally visited Treasure Island back in the 90's with some friends who have a house on the island. Our family fell in love with the charm of the island and the one lane bridge. When this house came up for sale, we bought it! Having lived in Seattle for many years, it was just the right distance to go for a quick weekend trip, or longer. It's the Northwest area at its best!
Being directly on the waterfront is the best, with easy access for all kinds of water related activities. We have spent many summer days digging for clams right in front of the house, and cooking them right there over the firepit. We love grilling on the charcoal BBQ in the summer, and cuddling up in front of the fireplace in the winter and playing board games.
What a fabulous time we had! Being on the water was so peaceful and relaxing, watching the tide go in and out, sitting on the deck overlooking the one lane bridge to the island with a glass of wine. You couldn't have planned a more perfect location! The house was charming, well stocked with all the necessities and more! Everything you needed for a family vacation. We will definitely be back, and we'll stay longer!!!
We really enjoyed our relaxing stay at this beautiful and quaint rental. It was everything we were looking for. Everything was just as described. It was fun watching the tide come in and out and going down to the beach to see what was left behind. The enclosed deck was perfect for our dog to sit out and make sure everything was to her satisfaction without us having to worry about her. Next time I want to stay for longer to truly appreciate all it has to offer.
We had amazing time. We love treasure island and we were so thankful to be able to rent this house. It had all the amenities we needed and our kids loved the beach. Loved that it was two floors so we could have kids down stairs in their own space. Thank you!!
We very much enjoyed our stay at this beautiful little house on Treasure Island. Our art group spent 3 days there, set up on the back deck, painting and laughing and enjoying the beauty of the area. We saw deer each day we were there, just wandering around the island, it was lovely and serene. The town of Allyn is really cute, good wine tasting, antique shops and ice cream. Highly recommended.
What a perfect escape for a girls week getaway! The home is a lovely little treasure with views of the water that relax you from the moment you arrive. We had everything we needed to escape and enjoy ourselves reading, enjoying gourmet meals, good conversation and wine by the fireplace on the rainy nights, and walking around the island each day to enjoy the views and meet the local residents. Can't wait to come back in the summer and take advantage of the waterfront and outside areas even more!
We spent a weekend away at this quiet waterfront home for our 5th anniversary with our pups. The views from the house are unbelievable! We watched kayaks, tides and boats go by from the living room. And stole any moment of sunshine we could on the back deck. The thunder storms were fun too!
The decor of the home was lovely. Little touches throughout that make you feel at home. The kitchen was fully stocked. It was easy to cook all of our meals here.
The best part was dealing with the owner and staff. Emily (owner) was very responsive and easy to work with. Her staff went out of their way to leave us an anniversary card. Couldn't say enough good things about this house and overall rental experience.
We cannot wait to come back when we can enjoy some summer weather.
