Condo, 1 Bedroom + Loft, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 6)

This is a super CLEAN, well-maintained Mammoth condo that has new HEATED slate and wood floors and has been freshly painted and decorated. Located 100' from the free shuttle this second floor unit has beautiful views and lots of bright light.

Amenities Include:

*Professionally cleaned hotel-style bedding and bath linens

*Three humidifiers

*Hotel-style shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion

*Good quality wall-mounted hair dryers in both bathrooms and bedroom vanity

*New refrigerator

*Newer dishware, flatware, glassware, cookware, utensils, toaster and coffee maker in the clean, uncluttered kitchen.

Downstairs is the living room, kitchen, dining area, bedroom with queen bed, and full bath. The living room has a 38' HD flatscreen with cable and DVD player with lots of DVDs, board games, and a sofa bed. The wood burning stove and heated floors easily and comfortably heat the whole unit. There is plenty of firewood neatly stacked on the balcony. The humidifiers and whole-house air filter help keep the air pleasant even for allergy sufferers.

Upstairs is the loft with one double and two twin beds, and another full bath. The loft has a 22' flatscreen with DVD/VCR player and X-Box with games.

Just a few steps across the parking lot is the recreation room (ping-pong, pool table), swimming pool (summer only), jacuzzi, sauna and washers/dryers. It's about a 2 minute drive to Canyon Lodge and The Village, 3 minutes to Eagle Lodge and 5 minutes to Vons grocery store.

If you are looking for a clean, uncluttered, comfortable base for your Mammoth adventure in this price range, you have found it.

I stayed here last weekend with some friends. The condo is super clean and very comfy. The kitchen has everything you need. This place really gives you a bang for your buck. So reasonably priced and just steps away from the bus and very close to the Village and Canyon Lodge. I almost don't want to tell anyone how great this place is, just to keep it all to myself! You won't be dissappointed.

Great place for summer activities

I loved the fully equipped kitchen. The condo was both attractive and comfortable and very clean. The big screen TV was wonderful for watching the Olympics. We really had everything we needed there. The complex was both quiet and convenient to town and to lakes, hiking trails, and Mammoth Mountain--there was more to do than we had time to do. We were very pleased with the heated pool and the large jacuzzi. The loft is more suitable to kids than adults. The owner was very helpful and nice to deal with. I would certainly recommend this property to a friend or relative, and we would consider renting it again when we return to Mammoth Lakes in a couple of years. The listing was accurate in every way.

Stayed here with 4 people in June 2012. The place is exactly as advertised, clean, comfortable, and have everything you need for a pleasant stay.
The rate is great, and for that you'd get 2 bathrooms and 4 beds (one bed is in the bedroom, the rest are upstairs).
I had browsed around in vrbo before settling at this place because this was the best value that I could get. I didn't regret my decision :)
Location is good as well, you can get to this place by driving uphill all the way from the city's main street.
Owner was nice and replying my e-mails (bunch of them) in timely manner, so was the property manager. The manager lives right across the parking lot which makes it really easy for check in (we arrived around 9PM, not a problem).
5 stars out of 5, I will definitely stay in this place again next time.

The snow and weather were great!

My husband and I stayed 3 nights at this condo and found it's location was convenient to the mountain and Village, but without the noise and traffic. The kitchen was well stocked, the jucuzzi was not crowded, the heated slate floors kept the place comfortable without too much heat. We skiied, cooked for friends, watched the Super Bowl, and went out to dinner one night. Everything was clean, close and comfortable. With all the places to stay in Mammoth we would pick this place to go back to every time.

Such a great place to stay

I had 8 guys stay here and everyone had a bed to sleep in. This place was awesome! Heated wood and slate floors are so nice. There was plenty of firewood for us to burn, the place is clean, comfortable, and in such a perfect spot. Literally around the corner from canyon lodge. The jacuzzi and game room was only around 25 steps across the parking lot. The ping pong and pool tables provided much entertainment and the sauna was used daily to warm up our cold insides. It was a bonus to play the x-box that was there with several games. This was a very easy place to find and very close to the main road while being very close to the slopes. I would definitely recommend this place to others and would stay there again myself.
