1 Bedroom + Convertible bed(s), 1 Bath (Sleeps 3-4)

Large corner very bright spacious large corner(800 + sf) 1 bedroom condo unit with full bathroom with tub/shower and washer/dryer within unit. It is fully furnished and completely equipped with everything. ( including short term supplies, including toilet paper, paper towels, hand creams, shampoo, soaps etc)

There is a full bed with an additional twin bed Plus a futon/bed sofa in living room so can sleep up to 4 people. ( Please note may be extra charge for more than 2 guests) There are several sets of sheets etc for each bed and 3 full sets towels etc.

The Unit Includes 78 Channel Cable, On Demand and High Speed Internet and WIFI Modum. There is second flat screen 28' TV in bedroom.

The building is directly across from the Coconut Grove Metrorail station allowing easy, Quick Access To Brickell/Downtown Miami Financial District, the University of Miami Main Campus and Law School and Jackson Memorial/Univ of Miami Medical School and VA Campus.

Close to Hospitals

Additional Information: Available for rent for short term (Weekly to Monthly) and mid-length multi-month rentals. Rate vary by length of contract. Excellent long term rental discount.

The unit is ideal for student and graduate students on less than a year fellowship or training externship at any of the above or Underground garage with gate, Excellent for Temporary Corporate Relocation.

Small gym in building. Parking 1 car. Key fob secure access to all parts of building. Cameras in hallways.

I am italian and I came to Miami for 3 months. I found this apartment in this website. It was cheaper than others and totally furnished. I had a great time in this apartment. It is very close to shops and malls. The owner is a very nice guy...if you have any problem in the apartment, he helps you! it is very difficult to find this kind of person, above all if you are by yourself in a foreign city! The apartment is very confortable and so nice! The price is good! You will enjoy it!!!!

This property is extremely well situated, and close to everything. The owner is very professional, returns calls promptly, just a wonderful person to deal with. Quiet building, in-unit laundry and includes parking which is very important in Miami. Would definitely recommend for a short term stay.

Great place to stay, great location

I stayed in this apartment for almost a year and had a great experience. The apartment is walking distance to all the restaurants, bars, nightlife, etc. in Coconut Grove. You are also talking about a short drive or cab ride to downtown Miami, South Beach, and Coral Gables. Even with the close proximity to great nightlife, the apartment is very relaxing and quiet to where getting needed rest or doing some work from home is not one bit of a problem. The apartment was fully furnished with all the cookware, dishes, utensils, washer, dryer, everything you would need in your own home. The owner was very responsive and flexible to my requests, and I recommend this apartment to a wide range of people looking to stay in a great location that has a local Coconut Grove feel.
Owner's Response: Great location, furnished with everything with extra sets linens, towels etc, wifi within unit, cable TV. This is a great unit for someone in Miami for business, sailing regattas or corporate relocation.
