Two minutes by bicycle to the national park 'Donau Auen - Lobau' our house welcomes you with a bright and friendly atmosphere. You will find a fully equipped kitchen, a big designer - dining - table for 6 persons and comfortable sofas and a wing chair in the living area. The flickering fire in the wood-burning fireplace insert will make it warm and comfortable on cold days. In summertime you may take your dinner on the terrace surrounded by blooming roses, or just relax in the green and quiet garden. In the first floor there is a sleeping room with a full-size bed and a second sleeping room with two beds. If you want we enlarge them to bunk beds, so you will have 4 beds in this room. There is also a nice lounge in this room and a second TV-set. So it offers an additional place for your privacy. In the living room you will find a TV-set, DVD player, Stereo and Internet. A lot of movies on DVD are for your disposal free of charge.

In 1809 archduke Karl battled successful against Napoleon in this area. Today the Lobau is a recreation area in Vienna and with 2500 hectar part of the national park. It is wonderful there for jogging, walking, biking and swimming. From the freeway you take the exit 'Lobau'. It will take you 10 minutes from the exit to our house. By car it will take you 25 minutes to the exhibition center and 30 minutes to the city. By public transport it will take you 50 minutes. Within a radius of 2 - 5 minutes by car you find supermarkets, hospital, pharmacy and a lot of reataurants and 'Heurige' (wine taverns). It would give us a great pleasure to welcome you in Vienna.

  • The above price is valid by a booking of two people. Each additional person is charged with 18.- Euro per night.
    Children younger than 12 years are charged with 9.- Euro per night. The one time fee for final cleaning is 60.- Euro. A final cleaning is obligatory.
    In case of booking, we ask you to pay a deposit of 30% of the rental price. If you cancel the reservation up to 4 weeks prior your arrival date, we credit you the deposit for one year. Within this one year you can book a new appointment and we will charge the deposit for the new appointment. If you cancel the reservation closer than 4 weeks prior your arrival date, or if the one-year-period is expired, the deposit shall lapse.
  • This benefits are includet in the rental fee: one set bed-linen and towels per person per week. Costs for warm water, central - heating, power and internet. 1 parking space in front of the house.

The extended lie down area is about 140cm x 200cm.

Dinerware and cuttlery for 7 persons. In the living room you will find a lot of books and movies on DVD for free disposal. The terrace you can shade with an electric merquee. On the terrace there is a round table and chairs. Additional chairs and deck chairs are available on demand and free of charge. If you bring your own bicycle, you can store it in a small wooden house in the garden. One parking space in front of the house is included.

further information: The 22nd district of Vienna is the youngest and biggest district of all. You will find hip bars and restaurants as well as traditional wine taverns and bourgeois inns. Especially in summertime the 22nd district offers a lot of possibilities for leisure activities. You find there sailing schools, open air bath and a lot of different sport fields. The 'Donauinsel' is a 20 kilometers long island in the Danube.It is a recreation area with a lot of green space, bikeways and footways. There are no cars allowed. 20 minutes from Aspern House you reach the biggest mall in town. Beside all the shops, there are also cinemas and discos. Using the interstate it is easy and quick to reach the city or other places of interest in Vienna. The big designer-outlet east of Vienna in Parndorf you can reach in 45 minutes by car.
