This shingle-style summer cottage is located directly on its own private south-facing fine sand beach on the Atlantic Ocean. Choose from swimming on the open ocean toward the back of the cottage, or in a shallow protected cove toward the front of the cottage, locally known as “Mothers’ Beach.” Both are located within 100’ of the cottage. A wrap-around deck provides spectacular 270 degree views of water, beach, and salt marsh. There is also a very private back lawn overlooking the open ocean, surrounded by beach roses and sea grass. The living room has a fireplace, and views of the ocean on three sides.
