This house in Montemar is located in one of the villa parks between Moraira (3km) and Calpe (9km) on a dead end street on a large property on a southwest slope location. From the house you will have a stunning panorama view of the sea and the 'Penon de Ifach', the emblem of the Costa Blanca. In a large garden with palm trees, orange trees and flowers you will find a large pool (11x5m) that invites you to go swimming. Restaurants and supermarkets are nearby. It is about 2km to several small bays. A separate parking space is directly on the property.

Moraira on the Costa Blanca is located in the middle of almond plantations and vineyards.
