The accommodation is furnished with two double beds and a double sofa bed a small table eat a meal from. The mini-kitchen is equipped with all the essentials needed to cook a meal at home. The bathroom is complete with a shower, wash-hand basin and a toilet. In addition your apartment has air-conditioning, central heating, a television and Wi-Fi Internet. This flat is very well situated, very comfortable and perfect for your stay in New York.

You are in Garment district, which has also been known as the Fashion Center since the early 20th century due to the dense concentration of fashion related shops. The majority of New York showroom´s and major fashion labels are located within this district, covering all aspects of the fashion process from design and production to the wholesale selling. You are also a 2 minute walk from the famous Empire State Building and 2 minutes from Korea Town. For those of you who like to shop, then Macy´s is a 5 minute walk and the Times Square is 10 minutes. Access to other districts is made easy by the subway at 33rd Street station.

Great location and very responsive

I just spent Saturday in the rental. Location was great. Right next to the empire state building. The apartment was clean and the building was nice. The host was extremely responsive and helped will all my questions and concerns. I would definitely recommend this property to friends.
