Great Stay
My wife and I stayed in a similar room by this owner/company for 4 days. They have a few different apartment/studios in Korea Town in a building near 31st and Broadway. The rooms are exactly as pictured. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the fridge was nice to have. And this was all at a great price compares to a lousy hotel room.
The staff is very helpful. A hot water issue was fixed quickly and Jay even texted me shortly after to make sure everything was ok. They also let us store our luggage for free for a few hours after we checked out.
The location of the apartments is great, a nice central spot. It's a couple blocks from most of the major subway lines or a 20+ minute walk to a good portion of the city. A cab ride to the upper east side for example was about $10.
In short, we will definitely stay here again sometime. The only reason I would consider another apartment would be see what it's like staying in a different area of the city.
