Wonderful South Beach Condo
We have just returned from a very enjoyable three month stay in this apartment and are already looking forward to our next visit. The apartment is in a lovely and well maintained Art Deco style building ideally situated near entertainment, restaurants, shopping and of course the beach. The apartment is well equipped, clean and nicely decorated with a focus on the Art Deco style of the building and the neighbourhood. The apartment looks out to the tranquil pool courtyard and is set back from the street which means that it is quiet.
The owners and their agent are friendly, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Every step of the rental process was smoothly taken care of and we were very impressed when we received an email from PayPal 2.5 hours after checking out, confirming that our deposit had already been refunded. With other owners we have sometimes waited as long as two weeks for our refund.
If you enjoy outdoor activities there are many options nearby. You are only two short blocks from the oceanside boardwalk which is ideal for a morning walk/run or a lazy afternoon stroll. Just outside the front door is one of the many Decobike rental stations and we found the bikes to be a great way to get around. Flamingo Park is just a few blocks away and has numerous clay tennis courts, swimming pool, children's play ground, etc. that are all available for public.
We are experienced South Beach apartment renters (6 times in the last 8 years) and we highly recommend this apartment. You will not be disappointed.
