Magnificant 4750 sq. ft. beachfront/oceanfront executive luxury home featuring your own private beach located in the private guard gated community of Beach Road in beautiful Capistrano Beach, Ca. This exquisite home has been professionally decorated with particular attention to detail throughout.

The home features a large executive Master Bedroom, King size Bed, a large retreat with a big screen TV, executive desk with WiFi computer internet access, tred mill, jacuzzi bath tub, his and her sinks and dressing area, walk in closet, and a walk in shower featuring a large Rain Shower head as well as a hand held shower head.

There are four other guest bedrooms. One with a Queen Size Bed, full bath with walk in shower, a second one with a Full Size Bed with a walk in shower, the third with a Queen Size Bed and a forth bedroom with a Full Size Bed, both sharing a full bath with a combination tub and shower.

The home also features a large kitchen, with electric burners, double oven, microwave oven, side by side refrigerator with ice maker, a breakfast nook, and a large dining area adjacent to the kitchen for all your guests.

There is adquate parking space for 6 cars, three inside the garage, and three additional spaces in the driveway.

The house also features a large wooden deck directly facing, and accessable to the beach. There's more than adqequate patio furniture for sun bathing, enjoying meals under an unbrella, or under the sun while watching your guests swim and play on the beach as the waves break just below you.

Practically every day presents itself with an opportunity to view a spectacular sunset over Catalina Island in the distance. If you're lucky, you might even enjoy seeing the moon glistening off the ocean at night while sipping a nitecap prior to retiring for the day.

By the way, may we suggest you leave a window or sliding door open so you can be lullabied to sleep by the rythmic sounds of the waves breaking just outside your bedroom window or door step.

We would throughly enjoy having you as our guest at our lovely Beach House, whether it be for an enjoyable vacation with your family and friends, or for a romantic get away. Either way, we're sure you will have an enjoyable stay at our home, filled with fond memories you can take home with you even after you depart.

My husband and I were blessed enough to have our wedding at this beautiful home. We live in CO so we had to go by pictures and email/phone conversations with the owner. He was MORE than accommodating to our needs. Our family stayed with us and there was plenty of room for the adults in the 3 extra rooms and the kids (wherever they fell). The kitchen was perfect for cooking for all of us and the dining room table was perfect for games! My favorite was the upstairs master bedroom. It was private enough for us as the bride and groom and the view was to die for! There is a living area outside of the room and that's where our son slept. He was very comfortable on the couch. The bathroom was so spacious and stunning to look at! The closet, despite some broken drawers, fit our needs and we just fixed the drawers for the week. The pictures posted DO NOT do this house justice! It's absolutely incredible! The beach is right there so we could relax on the deck while we watched everyone else swim. You can see Dana Point and San Clemente pier :)
My only issue with had to do with the housekeeping. We arrived in LA ready to head straight to the house however received a call that the housekeeper wasn't done cleaning from the previous renters (who apparently left it messy) so we were asked to wait a few hours. Not too hard to do in LA so it wasn't a big deal. We arrived as she was finishing up. She and her daughter were alone doing it and they were both lovely people. I was so captivated by the house that I didn't care they were still there. The worst part was the day we left. We were asked if we would be willing to leave a few hours early to give the housekeeper time - I said no, especially since we had to come late. She came while we were there and was extremely stressed about her time frame. We were all loading cars and cleaning up, taking sheets off the bed, etc and she wasn't the nicest to us. At one point she just told us to leave. Definitely put a sour note on the end of our amazing week!
Finally, the deposit took awhile to come back. When we got it we were surprised to see how the electric bill amount was pro-rated. He had taken the full month and divided it by the time we were there. We didn't like that because we were very aware of our energy use and careful to turn lights out, not run the air much, etc. We had no control over what the other renters did however we were charged the same.
Overall, I would definitely recommend!

Corrective measures have already been taken regarding the housekeeper. We have replaced her with a 4 girl professional house cleaning service which get's the job done faster and better. Also, we have since hired a bed linen service that picks up the used bed linens and drops off clean ones the same day. So, that should resolve the timing issue and subsequent bad experience with our previous house keeper. However, we've now changed our check out time to 10:00 AM, and check in time to 4:00 PM to allow for any excessive cleaning that may need to be done unexpectedly. It's a big house, 4750 sq. ft., 3 stories, 5 bedrooms.
Regarding the utility calculation and return of the reconciled Security Deposit, we try our best in assessing the utility usage fairly relative to each renter's stay. However, when we have no indication of how much each renter's usage actually is, the only fair and equitable way we found is to prorate the monthly electric bill to length of each renter's stay during the electric bill's usage statement.
Depending on what time of the month a renter stays at our house will depend on how long it might take to receive the monthly electric bill, and allow for the time needed to reconcile the usage for each renter's stay. Therefore, it can take anywhere from 3 - 6 weeks to finally receive the electric bill, and prepare and return the reconciled Security Deposit to the renter.
I trust my above explanation has addressed any concerns that anyone might still have after reading the above mentioned review. Otherwise, please don't hesitate to contact me with any other questions in that regard.
