MONTHLY RENTALS ONLY: 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath sleeps 4-6, full kitchen, large deck

Come and relax at our cozy beach house. Our house is walking distance to at least 2 beach accesses (see below)

Amenities:

* 2 Bedrooms, 1.5 baths.

* Sleeps 4-6 (Queen bed in master, bunk-bed in 2nd bedroom & sleeper sofa in the living room)

* TV, VCR and DVD player. Lots of DVD and VHS movies to watch.

*Watch the surf from large picture windows in our living room

* Full Kitchen with dishes, pots, pans, micro, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, oven/stove,fridge

* Huge ocean view deck with BBQ, picnic table and other chairs

* Walking distance to beaches, groceries, fast food and fine dining

* Washer and Dryer. Lots of games and cards. Quiet neighborhood.

* Beach access at the following streets26th (50 stairs and a restroom) and 34th (easy decline, no stairs). The house is on 25th street.

*Tennis courts 3 blocks away

MONTHLY RENTALS ONLY (From 1st day of calendar month until last day of calendar month). You may stay for multiple months (subject to approval and availability).

Golf: Chinook Winds Golf Resort is 5 minutes from our house. Another 15 minutes north Neskowin has two courses. 15 minutes to the south, Salishan Golf Resort in Gleneden offers great golfing, restaurant, miniature golf and an upscale shopping mall.

Very Enjoyable

We had a great month. The beach is a few minutes away, and other beautiful beaches are only a short drive. The house is well-equipped and well-supplied. The owner was helpful and cooperative, though we never met her in person. Nearby stores were a plus, as were walks in the neighborhood. Furnishings are fine, though not elegant.

On the downside: we missed wi-fi which required too many trips to a nearby (less than 1 mile) Starbucks. The second bathroom is in the basement, ok only for emergencies. We had guests three times, and the layout can be awkward then (entry to the main bedroom is through kitchen and/or bath), but for the times we were alone, the house was wonderful. I thoroughly recommend it.

This was a welcoming home away from home. We very much enjoyed our stay and the close proximity to the beach and stores. I would definitely go there again.
Recommended for:  Pet-friendly, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
Owner's Response: I'm so glad you were comfortable in the house. It's a cozy, quiet retreat that melts the stress away! By having all the comforts of home, a full kitchen, games, movies, washer/dryer and many other things I can see why you'd consider it a home away from home.

Besides being close to the ocean and stores there is fast food and fine dining only 1-2 blocks away. It really has everything soooo close!
