The Space:
Pinecrest Lake & Golf Course is a beautiful community! This 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom home has 3,128 square feet of living area for the whole family. Very private house with a stream running right through! We have a Great Room with a gas fireplace, beautiful kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops to cook for your family. The Dining Room also has a gas fireplace as well as the Primary Bedroom.
HOT TUB is currently out of order, will update once it is operating again. Enjoy the great outdoors with a barbecue on the deck, you’ll be surrounded by lush trees and well-tended greenery, with views of mountains.

Outside the community, you can find several ski resorts, water parks, horseback riding, hiking, mini golf, white water rafting, casinos, wineries, outlet shopping and so much more for an exciting trip to the Poconos!
If you’re traveling to experience the mountains, Jack Frost Ski Resort and Big Boulder Ski Resort are both about 10 miles from the home. Shopping, dining, gaming, live entertainment, and family fun, the Crossings Premium Outlets, Mount Airy Casino, Pocono Raceway, Camelback, Kalahari and Split Rock Resorts are all within 20 miles!

2022 Temporary Membership Offerings
All guests MUST fill out a "Temporary Membership `` Form as well as a "Temporary Parking Permit" and submit it to the Pinecrest Lake Homeowner Services office two weeks before the start of the rental period. Please note: If these forms are not submitted before tenants` arrival, amenity access will not be permitted. These memberships will not be processed on-site at the Swim Club, Tennis Club, or Golf Club. They MUST be submitted and processed directly through the Homeowner Services office.
An additional fee of $55.00 will be assessed to the applicant for all forms/information submitted within 72 hours of the tenants` arrival regardless of option chosen.
Please also be advised that the rental fee is MANDATORY whether guests will use the amenities or not, according to the office.
Temporary Club Membership fees are based on a maximum of six persons per rental agreement. Each additional occupant residing with the rental party will incur a fee of $65.00 per person including children.
Renters can pick up their Temporary Membership badges, parking permits, and other pertinent information upon check-in at the Swim Club front desk from June 18th-September 5th. For all rentals before or after those dates they can be picked up at the Homeowner Services Office during normal business hours, or in our drop box outside the office after business hours.
Renters are entitled to dining and golf privileges at the Pinecrest Lake Golf Club during their rental period. Dining reservations may be made.
Renters will receive a reduced rate of $48 plus tax, per person per 18-hole round, cart included. Advanced tee times are required and MUST be made by calling the Pro Shop. Proper golf attire and adherence to all Club rules is required.
Tenants are not permitted to use homeowner guest bands for entrance to amenities or for admitting their guests. If at any time we discover that you have provided your tenants with Homeowner guest bands for access to the pool, lake, golf facilities, or key fob to the fitness center, you will forfeit your tenant`s membership to all of the Pinecrest Lake amenities and your membership privileges are subject to suspension.

Jack Frost & Big Boulder Ski Area are in our back yard with Camelback & Shawnee less than 15 minutes away or less from most properties. Jack Frost National Golf Course, Split Rock Golf Course and Mountain Laurel Golf Course are minutes away.
Hickory Run State Park features HAWK FALLS & Boulder Field. A must do on your trip.
Lake Harmony is our Focal Point in our area. We have the only gas powered Lake in the local area. Offering water skiing/tubing/wakeboarding lessons and Yeti Offers boat rentals on the Split Rock Side. Surrounded by Restaurants & Bars (Louie’s Prime, Nick’s Lake House, Shenanigans, Terra Cottage & Piggies) Sit on the deck at Nick’s Lake House and enjoy the most amazing sunsets over Lake Harmony.
Pocono Raceway and Pocono Organics is less than 5 minutes away and features all locally grown and sold Organic Vegetables & Fruits. The Amish Market on 115 features everything from hot BBQ Chicken to Fruits, vegetables, desserts & Poultry/Meats.
