Experience resort style living in this1700 sq. ft. home. The house offers 3 furnished bedrooms with queen size beds and for extra sleeping area comfortable inflammable bed is available for your use in the loft. The house offers 2 bathrooms on the second level and half a bath on the main level for your convenience. Enjoy cable TV in the family room and in the master bedroom for convenience and choice of your favorite channels. A complete kitchen equipped with dishes, pots, pans, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, electric frying pan, cooking utensils and everything you need for gourmet meal is available for your use. Enjoy outside dinning on the covered patio and cook a delicious BBQ steak on the BBQ grill which is available for your usage.

Relax on the beautiful south side backyard in the comfortable hamack with a drink and your loved one while socking in the desert sun and enjoy the landscape embellished by flowers and blooming bushes. Laundry room is located on the second floor. The house has 2 car attached garage.

If you wish to have fun at the Anthem Parkside Community Center you may take a quick 10 minute walk the the park pathway to enjoy the facility.

First time we rented in Arizona so we don't have anything to compare to but this home was very clean, cozy and was a great place to stay. Area is close to trails, store, gas, bank and the community centre.
The owners were more than accommodating and willing to make our stay a good experience.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children
Owner's Response: This review was 4 out of 5 due to lack of internet service. WIFI internet is connected now and available for renters to use.
