BEAUTIFUL, NEW 3BR/3BA CONDO WITH DEDICATED WALKWAY TO BEACH

I had been a little hesitant on renting this condo as it was not directly on the beach, but decided on it as most of the places we found on the beach were older and did not look as updated. I am really glad we chose this condo as the path to the beach was one of our favorite parts of the trip. It is a private path down an area that is shaded by live oaks and other native plants and is truly serene. Even my 3 sons (ages 13, 11, & 7) thought the path was amazing.

It is located in a gated community that does not have a lot of units. If you like privacy, this is a great condo as both the beach and the pool were not crowded whatsoever. Actually, we only saw a few people on the beach and just one at the pool during our entire stay. This was truly relaxing!

The interior is very roomy (I had not noticed when I rented it, but it had 2100+ square feet) and is frankly a great deal for the rental fees. We generally go to Orange Beach and stay at a similar-sized place that is $550 per night. The unit is also well appointed and we could tell the owner put a lot of thought into making the condo as homey and convenient for renters as possible. The condo is also conveniently located and is within a few miles of everywhere we went.

This was our first trip to Amelia Island, but we had such a great time, we will return and stay in the same place.

I stayed here over Christmas week with my family and definitely recommned this condo. This was my third visit to the area and this condo is wonderful and in a great location on the island. The condo is beautiful, nicely furnished and VERY large. It easily accomodates 6. The bathrooms are huge and there is tons of closet space and a locked garage as well. Since we were there for a week we did eat in some and the kitchen is wonderful - spacious with all of the amenities. Easy walking path to the beach and a great walking/biking area. The weather was cool so we did not swim, but the pool is really nice. Close to restaurants and shopping downtown. Don't hesitate, I can't wait to go back!

We had a family emergency that necessitated finding somewhere to stay on the island the same night. The owner was very understanding and accommodating of our last-minute needs.

The condo is beautiful, tastefully furnished, and LARGE! It was so nice to have our own space and not be cooped up in a tiny hotel room.

Because of the time of year and our circumstances, we didn't utilize the pool or the path to the beach, but both were conveniently located.

In sum, I would highly recommend this property! :)
