We were very comfortable while we stayed here for 3 nights during our site-seeing trip to the Boise area. This apartment was clean and provided plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 active young children. We appreciated being on the bottom floor, and were not disturbed by the small amount of upstairs noise. We enjoyed easy access to the apartment complex pool & small playground, and walked to the next-door convenient store a few times for last minute items. It was a great location for us. We went to various places in Boise, Meridian, and Nampa, and everything we did was within an easy 5-20 min drive. The landlord was very friendly and easy to work with. He usually didn't answer his phone right away but always called back soon. Shortly after arrival we discovered there weren't enough bath towels for everyone, but after a quick phone call he brought us more right away. Also, the day before we left we wanted to change our check-out time, and he was flexible to meet us at that different time. We greatly appreciated that!
A few suggestions for improvements:
1.Hang black-out curtains on the bedroom windows. The sun rises early in the summer, and it woke us up early each morning shining through the mini blinds.
2. Provide extra pillows. There were 2 pillows on each bed, but no extra for the pull-out sofa bed. My kids brought their own pillows so it wasn't a big deal (hence I didn't call to ask for more). But if there had been extra pillows we would have used them ourselves.
3. Replace the fitted sheet on the queen bed. The fitted sheet currently on the queen bed has worn-out elastic and doesn't fit completely under the mattress, so each each night it popped off and was a small annoyance while sleeping.
4. Add a few more staple items in the kitchen, esp for short-term guests. Items we would have found helpful: salt & pepper, 2-quart pitcher, measuring cups/spoons, large microwave safe bowl, dishcloth or sponge, dish soap (for hand washing dishes), hand soap at the kitchen sink (thank you for providing bar soap for hand washing in the bathrooms), extra dishwasher detergent (thank you for providing enough to run it twice), extra trash bags (there was 1 in the trashcan and 1 extra, but more would have been helpful).
We will definitely consider staying here again the next time we travel to that area, and will recommend this property to anyone we know traveling to the area
