This stylish apartment is set within a small new exclusive development with shared pool and sun deck. It occupies a prominent position overlooking the traditional Spanish town of Sant Feliu de Guixols. Magnificent views and sunsets can be enjoyed from the roof terrace which overlooks the bay, town and hills beyond. This top floor apartment is accessed by lift/stairs. A spiral stairway leads to a further bedroom (twin) with en-suite facility plus access to the roof terrace with views over the bay and town and is ideal for sun-bathing and al fresco eating. The apartment is a short walk from the centre of the picturesque resort town of Sant Feliu de Guixols with its harbour, marina, tree lined promenade and sandy beaches. The town is lively throughout the year and offers a wide choice of restaurants and bars. Watersports, sailing, golf and adventure sports are available locally and in the surrounding area. A car is not essential when renting this apartment.

Close by, rocky coves provide opportunities for snorkeling and scuba diving.The apartment is set adjacent spacious south west facing gardens and offers a magnificent vista overlooking the bay, the town and mountains. The roof terrace is ideal for sun-lounging or for dining al fresco. The sun-lit stlylish modern interior is fully equipped and furnished. The surrounding area offers a diversity of picturesque walks and cycling paths. For the less active the nearby Hippocrates Hotel offers spa facilities and beauty treatments.

Travel: Girona Airport, recently modernised, is only 30 minutes away by car. Ryanair provide services to a number of UK and European airports from this airport. Barcelona and Perpignan are only slightly less convenient being reachable in under 90 minutes by car but having the advantage of offering a greater choice of carriers and destinations. The major car hire franchise companies operate at these airports or alternatively we can offer a reliable taxi service from all those airports on request.

We were very impressed with the property, which we rented at very short notice. The welcome pack was excellent, far outweighing anything we have experienced previously. Arriving on a Saturday evening is always difficult but everything we needed was there waiting for us. Very thoughtful.
Although we used our car for trips around the area, everything locally was within easy walking distance. The beach is good and there are excellent walks around the area.
Our favourite evening pastime was to wander down to the tapas bar at the bottom of the hill. Excellent food, friendly service, not touristy but very local. In fact, the town is really 'Spanish', which makes such a change from so many Spanish resorts.
A good tip for anyone needing internet access, the public library has WiFi and several computers. Although the Tourist Office offers WiFi access, it never seemed to work.

An excellent property with every possible requirement, the welcome pack was particularly good , including all you would need to have a meal on arrival, having a large pack of loo rolls was a really good idea, thanks! The apartment was spotless on arrival and even without a visit from the local agent as was promised lived up to our high expectations!
Would definitely recommend it!
Bahia restaurant on the promenade was very good indeed!
