From our Luxury 5 bedroom family home, you will enjoy a true San Clemente beach vacation! From our multiple decks you will be swept away by the spectacular sunsets. Relish in unobstructed ocean, surf and sand views. Look north to the famous San Clemente Pier and Dana Point Harbor , south past Seal Rock to Cotton's Point, and west to Catalina Island and beyond. From our private pool and spa, you are just a short 2 minute walk to T-Street beach and 8 minutes to the San Clemente Pier and numerous restaurants, bars, and retail stores. The upstairs consists of a large open living room, dining room and gourmet kitchen with beautiful bamboo flooring and granite countertops. All with sand and whitewater ocean views. Large glass sliding doors open up to a dining lanai with barbecue, and lounging decks overlooking our black bottom pool and spa. There are two bedrooms upstairs including the master bedroom (complete with jacuzzi tub) and a den with elevator access to downstairs and garage.
The downstairs has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, one with an ocean view. There is a huge media/game room with a large deck leading to the pool and spa area. Just past our outdoor shower you will find our private stairs providing access to T-Street beach less than 2 minutes away on foot.
When at the beach, enjoy the use of our surfboards, boogie boards, beach chairs, towels, and other toys.
Although the summer months boast the warmest temperatures, in the winter months San Clemente returns to its roots as a quiet beach town. Beaches are much less crowded and temperatures still average in the high 60s and low 70s fahrenheit.
