The building has all the amenities including swimming pools, gym, sauna, games room etc and is located in the mid of Marina with a number of restaurants and grocery shops around.

Disappointing stay

We booked to stay here for 12 nights, but decided to vacate very quickly after our arrival. There were a whole list of problems and issues with the apartment. These included:
Ceiling hanging down in the toilet
Kitchen in a poor state of repair and in need of a good clean, especially the inside of the cupboards and the cooker
Someone had driven a screw into one of the sockets in the bedroom, we weren't sure if it was still live or not!
There were insufficient linens & towels in the apartment and what was there was in a poor state and none of it matched
The apartment block was surrounded by building works, making it noisy and unsightly

On a positive note, the apartment was located close to various places to eat and a supermarket
When we raised our concerns with Mr & Mrs Goya, we were given a partial refund, they also assured us they would address the issues raised.

Feeling at home

We stayed a week with our 5 yr old boy. The apartment was very comfortable, with all the appliances needed and a very good location. The building is close to the Spinneys supermarket and has several restaurants and dining options, as it's in Dubai Marina. There´s also a pharmacy just in the entrance. We rented a car and had also the parking. Wireless internet worked perfectly. Mrs Goyal, the owner, was very helpful and always contacted us inmediatly. We would definitely go back if we visit Dubai again.
