This beautiful, 2200 square foot, beachfront home, including a separate guest house, is complete with private pool and steps to the beach. This house is on the sand, in the private gated community of Mision Viejo, 10 miles south of the town of Rosarito Beach at 50 kilometers.

This 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home has everything you need to enjoy your vacation, on the private sand beach or in the non heated swimming pool and spa. The house includes use of a large driveway and street parking to park your vehicle, motorcycle's, ATVs, and jet skis. Also included is a large and small portable barbeque grill, which can be moved to the pool area or patio. This house has 100% italian marble floors with modern décor. The large living room, dining room, kitchen, and master bedroom all boast beautiful ocean views. no dogs/pets allowed

Only an eight-mile drive north to the Fox Movie Studio attraction, and ten-mile drive north to the town of Rosarito Beach. Lafonda is a five-mile drive south and Ensenada is only 30 miles south. This house is centered around endless activities and entertainment. It is the perfect home for rest and relaxation, entertaining with your friends and family, or enjoying the endless activities.

This beautiful, four bedroom, four bathroom home is located in gated community of Mision Viejo in the town of Cantamar. It is one-fourth mile drive north to the Baja Sand Dunes, where you can ride your own motorcycles or rent them. A two mile drive north to the Famous lobster village of Puerto Nuevo.

Family Reunion!!!

My sisters and I rented this property for a mini family reunion between our father and his grand-children. We all had a wonderful time (big and small). The Jacuzzi has an amazing view, the pool is not deep (perfect for small children), the house is very comfortable. The community is quiet and safe. The guards are very helpful and there is security 24/7. We are already trying to figure out when we are going back and staying longer next time. Highly recommend this property.

Best Weekend Get-Away!

My family and I rented this property for a weekend get-away in Baja and had an amazing time. The house is located in a private neighborhood just after Puerto Nuevo. There is a secured entrance to the complex so we felt very safe the entire time.
The house itself was beautiful! I don’t’ think the pictures due justice on the house. The house is located right on the water so we enjoyed the breathtaking views while relaxing in the hot tub. Mary also recommended this great cook who came and prepared dinner for us one night.
If you are looking for a place to stay in Baja, this is definitely where you need to be. We are already planning our next trip down.

Beautiful weekend on beach

This house is the perfect quick getaway from the city, a very modern house with gorgeous views of the ocean, especially the master bedroom. We enjoyed dinner outside both nights with a relaxing sunset view. the guards are very attentive and it is in a very safe community. Very close to rosarito or Ensenada for any sightseeing.

best vacation ever

We stayed for a few days at the end of april and found the beach home to be pristine. The pool and spa extremely clean and warm enough to use even though april is a cool month at the beach. We used the bar b q grill and watched the sunsets and dolphins every evening. Spent most of the days lounging by the pool in very comfortable lounge chairs. The beach had a few rocks to cross over before entering the sand but no problem as we walked everyday at low tide and the surfers in our group had great waves, there is an excellent break in front of the home. We stayed here last summer and all the rocks are gone, the beach is big and sandy. We will return again to CASA SPLASH this summer
