2 bed, 1 bath, sleeps 4, deck, air conditioning, 550 feet to Boatslip!!!

Recently renovated and about 600 sq. ft., this is a two bedroom one bath condo located at 54 Bradford St. on the corner of Bradford and Shainkpainter streets in the near West End of Provincetown.

Complementing the indoor space is an exclusive use deck just off the side of the unit. The deck area, open garden, and green space make a perfect place to BBQ, entertain friends, and enjoy an afternoon cocktail. The condo comes with new LED HDTV with Comcast digital cable (with DVR) and high speed wireless internet, full appliances in the kitchen including microwave and dishwasher, air conditioning in the bedrooms, and a new front loading clothes washer & dryer.

Across from Provincetown Pizza & Provincetown Bike Rental, the location is literally about 90 seconds and 550 feet to the famous Boatslip Resort and afternoon Tea Dance! Other locations and attractions are only steps away including local gyms and supermarket. You couldn't be in a better location...

Parking: One off-street parking space is provided. You must display the parking pass on your windshield for the duration of your stay, which you will find in the unit when you check-in.

Outside Smoking Only: Those who smoke are welcome to do so outside the property on the deck.

About Mike & Jim

We're two men living and working in Boston and always vacationed in Provincetown during the summer. A couple years back we decided to pour all of our extra money into a place in Provincetown we could use year round.

Mike & Jim purchased this condo in 2010
Why Mike & Jim chose Provincetown

The main lure was a recent 'to the studs' renovation performed by the previous owner. All new electric, plumbing, fixtures, etc. The washer and dryer and the private deck were a bonus! As far as location, we spend a great deal of time at the Boatslip (Tea @ 4!) so being as close to that as possible was very high on the list too.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (US Dollar) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

  • WEEKLY RENTALS: Offered on a Saturday-to-Saturday basis. Check in time is 3:00 p.m. and Check out by 10:30 a.m. 50% of rental upon signing lease and 50% plus security deposit due thirty days from start of rental. Payment is in US Dollars. Certain dates and/or weeks are only available for the whole week and have higher rates. See above for notes on peak week pricing.

    DEPOSIT: Deposit is $300 (no pets) or $500 (pets) security that is returned within 14 days of check out. Renters who have stayed with us in the past can get a waiver on the security deposit. If credit card payment used, deposit will be credited back to card within 14 days of check out.

    PETS & PET FEE: Pets are accepted on a case by case basis with an additional fee and full details about age and type General fee is $100 for the first pet on a weekly rental and $25 for each additional pet. Please see full terms and additional details at the bottom of this page.
  • OUTSIDE SMOKING ONLY: Those who smoke are welcome to do so on the outdoor deck. Receptacles are provided.

    PARKING: One off street parking space is provided. You must display the parking pass on your dashboard, which you will find in the unit when you enter, for the duration of your stay. Parking for a second vehicle is available at multiple lots around town within a five minute walk, for a nominal fee.

    OFF-SEASON RENTAL: Monthly and weekly rentals during the off-season are also available at a generously reduced rate, please inquire if interested. Partial week and per night pricing is available October through June.

    MONTHLY & SEASONAL RENTALS: Accepted at reduced rates as long as no previous conflict bookings exist. Seasonal terms are May 15 to Sept 15, but negotiable.

Great location, very modern amenities (Full kitchen, WiFi, cable, washer, dryer, outdoor deck with grill, comfortable pillows, etc....), extremely clean, cozy, comfortable and you didn't have to carry keys around all week (Electronic key pad). Very convenient to all the P-town has to offer....beach, restaurants, shopping, bars and clubs.

Highly recommended.

Cozy and fantastic location!

After staying in PTown for several summers I knew the layout rather well and this year wanted to pay a little extra for a great location. This place fit the bill! A block from the Boatslip is hard to beat. A very short walk to Stop n Shop was fantastic as well. Kitchen set-up was good and the coach is GREAT!

The only two things renters should be aware of:
1. It's a busy intersection, so during the day you're going to get some traffic noise. It's fine at night, but if you're looking for super-quiet, then try the East End.

2. The bathroom is fine, but small and very little counter space. If you have 4 people with lots of product, it can get a little tight, so it's easier to keep everything in your toilitry bag and just unpack/pack as you go.

Don't get me wrong, I didn't see these are deal-breakers by any means, but just wanted to offer a cavet emptor.

The transaction was super-smooth and it was a phenomenal week. Thanks guys!

Great location and condo! Condo was fully equipped and had everything you could want. Everything was very clean upon arrival and the owners were very good with communication and very accommodating and friendly.
I especially liked the electronic keypad entry. No need to worry about carrying keys. Just a block to the Boatslip is the best part. You're right in the center of everything.
Kitchen was well stocked and if you need, there is even a washer/dryer in one of the bedroom closets.
Full cable, Netflix, and WiFi were a great asset especially off season. I was there for this past New Year's weekend and with the crazy warm weather was able to take advantage of the BBQ on the private deck.
I would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay!

This condo has everything you need or want for the perfect stay in Ptown. Walking distance to everything, very well appointed kitchen, separate thermostats for personal comfort, really nice deck and private yard (for parking bikes and outdoor gear) with convenient rear entryway, cozy furniture and wonderful owners. If you are looking for comfort and convenience, you can't beat it! For those rainy days, great entertainment with wi-fi and movies available. Feels like home. Thank you! Will stay again.
