Welcome to The Kite House a one-of-a-kind Old Naples family compound only steps to The Gulf of Mexico. This fabulous new Naples Beach retreat is comprised of 2 residences sleeping up to 10 people. The main home is a 3 bedroom home with 2 full bathrooms, the main living area, large kitchen with Thermador appliances, and 2 dining areas. The second home is a 1 bedroom cottage that sleeps 4 guests that also has 1 full bath, a full kitchen and living area. This is the perfect property to rent if you have a growing family with small children, want extended family to come visit but need your own space, or to have 2 separate families on vacation together! There are many options!

From the front porches, you are just steps to the sugary sand beaches and a short stroll to the world renowned Fifth Ave and Third Street districts where culture, fine dining and shopping are in abundance. Reserve all three "beach cottages" for a unique opportunity to have friends and family join you on your beach retreat or come and go as they please. The opportunities are endless.
The spacious grounds provide plenty of outside entertaining areas for fun in the sun, pool games and outdoor grilling. Friends and family can enjoy morning coffee from the glass encased Florida room or screened in porch, bask in the sun, spend the day at the beach, relax in the new saltwater pool and top off the evening with a different sunset view, each evening, from the roof top of the "Kite House" A brand new remodel. A must see, exquisite decorating, detail and design. State of the art appliances finish off the interior. Oh, and did we mention all of the linen is Frette?!

If you would like to add more guests to your trip we offer our sister property which is next door that can easily be added on to this compound. It is a 2 bedroom cottage (called #47) with 2 bedrooms accommodating 6 guests comfortably.
