Randys condo is excellent. It was clean, had all the necessary kitchen equipment. the bed was comfy. I own a VRBO rental ski house and have rented it out for over 29 yrs.
The flat screen TV was great, we watched lots of movies at night. We cooked out on the grills a few nights ate at the picnic tables. The pool and hot tub were wonderful, we especially enjoyed meeting other nice folks from other condo units. The front desk and concierge were helpful when we asked them.. Free coffee in the lobby each morning. The laundry room was right across the hall easy access. Sitting on the lanai and watching the sunset made our evening. A short walk acrocc the grass and we could walk on the beach. I wouls rent this condo again and have already refferred it to a number of friends.
