Comfortable Ranch-style 2 bedroom, one bathroom house. About a 15 minute drive to Los Angeles Convention Center. Located Very good location on a corner lot. No real close neighbors. Nice yard and fenced-in backyard with tall privacy fence. Large front porch. Excellent location geographically. Easy parking always.

Kevin Williams purchased this house in 2008
Well kept, lots of windows, nice corner lot with large grassy yard, fenced in private rear yard. Plenty of parking in front.
This property is very pet and children friendly. There is a beautiful small public park for the children about 8 houses down. This location feels secluded even though it is in a quaint residential neighborhood. Only a couple of stairs so perfect for elderly or disabled. Smoking outside only,
This house is so cute and just perfect for our stay. I lived in LA until last May so I know the area inside and out. I think if someone wasn't satisfied with this house it's because they don't understand the city very well. The fact that you can get a two bedroom in Atwater Village with central heat and a/c, street parking and easy access to Glendale, Pasadena, Eagle Rock, Echo Park, Silverlake, Los Feliz, and Hollywood, for the price is amazing. We slept in the smaller bedroom--the sheets were soft and clean and I slept like a baby (which is saying something because I'd been having trouble sleeping at the last 2 places we stayed). The master bedroom is great too--very nice decor.
I think this place is great for the price. You definitely get more than "what you paid for". Oh and the front porch is great!! We sat out on it all the time.
My husband and I spent a week here with friends - our main event was to attend the Tournament of Roses Parade in Pasadena. This is a nice home in Atwater Village which is central to most of the areas I wanted to visit. I was initially concerned that the location might be noisy, as it's conveniently close to the 5 freeway, but this was not the case. The house is quiet, comfortable, and clean, and located in a nice, walkable neighborhood of vintage homes. If you will be visiting Glendale, Echo Park, Silver Lake, Burbank, or Pasadena, this house is convenient to all.
The house was well equipped with everything we needed to cook our own meals several times during our stay. Several grocery stores are located nearby. The living room was a comfortable place to hang out. The porch had outdoor seating and we ate several meals out there. I took several long walks through the neighborhood and along the Los Angeles River which has a long bike trail and walking trail. There are several access points nearby in the neighborhood. It's also close to Silver Lake and if you like to walk, take a walk around the SL reservoir which is close by. We ate at El Buen Gusto restaurant, located nearby on Fletcher Dr. ( excellent food !) and walked to Starbucks on Glendale Blvd. I chose this house because I knew I'd be able to walk most everywhere instead of driving. Kevin, the owner, was communicative and available if necessary. As it was, everything we needed was there, so we didn't require his help, but it was nice to know it was available. Great relaxing stay at a comfortable house !!!
Our dtay was beautiful. The house was super clean nice warm and cozy. The owner was great as well they made sure we have everything we needed. Awesome stay for our family overall.
We live in the area and had to temporarily move out of our house for a week. This place was perfect for four adults, one child and our dog. The landlord Kevin was very attentive to our needs and I think it was a great value. I'm definitely keeping this little gem in mind when friends visit from out of town.
This house had everything needed for the stay. The only thing I would change is in the backyard. An additional light would be nice in the backyard. I had to use the flashlight on my phone when I let my dog outside in order to see. Otherwise, the house was perfect!
I enjoyed my stay there, it was peaceful and hassle free. House was clean and had all the appliances we needed. Interior design is old fashioned but the key point was the house was clean. Has real close freeway access to both the 5 and the Glendale Fwy (2). Kevin the landlord worked with us on our midnight arrival and checking out late. Fresh oranges off the tree in the backyard was an added joy.
Pride of ownership shows in all my properties! Great location in Atwater Village. A few blocks from Glendale Blvd. which is main street with shops, restaurants, gyms, yoga, farmers market, cafes, clubs, etc... Convenient to I-5 , 110 and 2 freeways for easy access to anywhere in California. 5 minutes to Glendale or Silverlake, Giffith Park also very close. 15 minutes to Hollywood. 15 minutes from Downtown and the Los Angeles Convention Center. Quiet little community becoming very popular for first time Buyers. Mostly a single family area, with very little large income properties. These houses are built in 1920's and 30's so expect charcter not a new house.
