Excellent rental, loved it. Place looked as described, very clean & well stocked. Close to NHL, NFL,Phoenix raceway, close to shopping & eating places. It felt like home. Was nice to sit in backyard
and enjoy sunshine & pool area. Close to Frys Grocery store.The owners were great to deal with, very
accomodating & helpful,got to meet them as they were down there.Over all we really enjoyed ourselves
and plan on coming there next year. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Great House, Easy Location,Very Helpful Owners.

This is a great home, in a great location with easy access to everything. One block from Frys Grocery store. Easy drive to freeways and airport. Lots of great golf courses close by. NHL Hockey, Major League Baseball,NFL Football and NBA Basketball are all within half hour. With Nascar only ten minutes away. Lots of great shopping close by as well. In a quiet neighborhood this house is very comfortable and has a great layout. Everything is like new. Very comfy King size beds. Nice big TV.Nice washer and dryer. There is also wifi service which was really nice to have. The deck area with pool and bar-be-que is really nice in the evenings. The owners are easy to reach and very helpful. We would definitley stay here again.

Beautiful, clean and comfortable house in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Listing photos do not do the house justice - it was much more than we expected. Owner is very nice to work with and is very quick to respond to emails. House is good location for several activities: Reds baseball in Goodyear, explore Phoenix, Camelback Mountain, couple hours drive to Sedona, etc. Grocery is practically around the corner. Good restaurants nearby off Route 10. We hope to return to Red's spring training at a future date and will definitely try to stay at this property again.

Very Good Choice for a Vacation Home!

We have been traveling to Arizona for the past several years and we have rented several homes and condos in the past. This house ( and the very cooperative owners) was one of our best experiences.

Located in a very quiet neighborhood, the house is realtively new and clean. It has a very open floor plan and the bedrooms and bathrooms were both roomy and very suitable for our needs-the king beds were a real plus! The living room furniture is comfortable amd inviting. The kitchen was well stocked. We were not able to use the pool for swimming due to the time of the year, but it was a great place to soak up some rays and get caught up on our reading.

The house is only a few minutes from Westgate and about 15 minutes from Camelback Ranch- spring home to the White Sox and Dodgers. Many golf courses within 30 minutes.

Overall, we would say this is a very affordable and high quality option and would be quite suitable for parties up to 6. We would certainly consider it for future trips to the west side of the valley.
