We've lived in the East Village for 4 years and recently bought a luxury 2 bedroom apartment in the heart of Alphabet City where we get the perks of luxury without the post-grad mayhem. But- we're now spending most of our time out of the country or at our beach house (see listing 428339), so our loss can be your gain!
Only 1 of 6 apartments in the building, you'll use a secure key in the elevator and walk directly into our sunny, brand new apartment- yes, that's right, like in the movies, the elevator opens into the apartment. Tres chic.
The apartment features a chef's kitchen with stainless steel, sub-zero fridge, silent dishwasher, WOLF stove and is STOCKED with chef's Japanese knives, gourmet cookware and tons of spices. We can also arrange to have groceries delivered to the apartment so it's stocked for your stay.
The apartment is SPACIOUS- 1400 square feet featuring a large open space living/dining area into kitchen. Dining set for 6 and eat in-kitchen with snazzy bar stools.
The 2 bedrooms are down the hall and there are 2 full luxury, hotel style bathrooms with rainfall showers. Master bathroom features a large soaking tub. Washer/dryer in unit. Guest bedroom features flat screen with movie library that you can also plug your apple product into.
We offer gourmet coffee, tea and nespresso for our European friends. We also provide designer toiletries and LUXURIOUS hotel spa bathrobes from our favorite spa resort in Switzerland so you still get the hotel feeling without the hotel prices.
We will be happy to provide you with suggestions to make your time in NYC the best stay you've ever had - especially restaurants and bars that are off the tourist trap and boutique shopping for underground designers and the latest and greatest.
Please note- check in is at 10 am and check out by 3 pm unless arrangements have been made.
Reliable transportation: less than a 5-minute walk to the L train and even closer to the M14 cross-town bus. Taxis are also easy to find from the corner and are cheap from this central location.
